Well, Akira Kamiya (his VA) has sort-of retired for voicing, only coming out for roles he really likes (IE City Hunter remake). If you just want to rely on voice clips, Bamco will have to shell out tons for that too.

Abit lower in power than combattler
Grand Dasher is enough of an edge to make Combattler better. Kenichi however is capable of pulling some interesting damage.
