Just wonderful, I have been researching "beehive plans building" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Tiyia Beehive Basophilic - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin got excellent success with it.

The Japanese style hive is much simpler if you're going no frame.
You can modify the Japanese box by routering 2 sides and adding bbq skewers as top bars. That makes it inspectable.

+Lando Lascano The Stingless bees have scientific names of Tetragonula species (Trigona species). They are natively called the Kiwot, Lukot, Kiyot, Lukutan or Libog. You can find stingless bees in many countries, Philippines and Mexico come to mind right off the top of my head. I guess I can add Australia to the list now too. Thanks.

But you stopped short of showing us one in operation so for those of us who are just wanna-be beehive owners can understand why you made the design the way you did!! Please re=do a video that shows a hive in operation! Thanks.

It's in portuguese, buy I think you can get the point.
It seems easier to work with. Specially because of the PVC separators.
You should also include a separator between the two nest modules, so its easier to split them.
