Excellent video.👍👍👍 Some major tips here for you here Alex. 1 You are videoing the easiest operator to identify, being Stagecoach. They have depots all over the country and is the largest operator of any group in the UK. 2. Fleet numbers. All these buses carry fleet numbers on each side, front and back and inside.. Generally this is the pattern for Stagecoach fleet numbers ... Buses with 10xxx will be MMC 400s. 11xxx,12xxx will be hybrids on Enviro 400 or MMC 400. 15xxx will be Scanias 19xxx will be Enviro 400s. All these are Double deckers. Single decker fleet numbers. 34xxx,35xxx will be ADL Darts. Most are being withdrawn now and replaced with 36xxx and 37xxx which are Enviro 200s 27xxx,28xxx will be Enviro 300s. 26xxx will be MMC 200s. and the smaller buses will be 47xxx Optare Solos. Coaches will have fleet numbers 5xxxx. You have started quite a complex subject for someone who has little knowledge lol,but you can pick this up pretty quickly. I work for Stagecoach and we have a few hundred up here in Liverpool. Interestingly,Stagecoach have introduced a new corporate livery. So you can film all the old liveries before they get repainted. Any info you need,WhatsApp me. Would be nice to get some pics too. Oh,is the bus station still there in Exeter. The bus depot was just across the road from it too. Good work mate and a big👍👍👍 from me
Nice video Alex, nice to see a bit of a variety with the bus videos :) Just to let you know, if you didn't already that all buses have their own fleet number too like the trains do, they are on the front and back and sometimes some have them on the sides too so you could use that to identify each one in the future haha. The reason the green doesn't have any green buses on it anymore is because all the vehicles that usually run the route (E300s) have been / are being repainted into the new standard livery so soon the green may lose it's green name and the same will probably happen with the red in the future too. Finally there is a website which tracks all the buses in service live so you can see where they all are on a map which is very handy for knowing which ones you will see next, its not 100% reliable but most the time it is very accurate. I will put the link to it below: bustimes.org/map#15/50.7226/-3.5229
