I love your lectures. Please notice, on the example slide (min 4), you have a typo with the multiplication by a vector (1 0 0). The original matrix has 789 in the third row, but in the multiplication you by mistake replaced 8 with a 7. Then you calculated correctly, because you then used 8 as you should have.
