To fully turn off the TC on your Raptor. you need to enter off-road mode and hold the TC button down for 5 seconds. Tons of tunage options for these trucks from US websites. Most are happy to ship to UK and probably cheaper and quicker than buying from UK sites. P.s. Epic vid as always and you need a wildcard entry to one of the Urban downhill races.
Omg Sam I know your probably not gonna be able to see then but I just wanted to say that you’re the best inspiration ever you don’t let weather stop you shredding the streets 😂 and when your videos come out I litraly smile love your content and never stop shredding 🙏🙏🤘
Sam you need to engage the off road button and turn off stability control as well as traction control, hold it for 6 seconds. holding it down will totally disengage it. it should work but have to have that off road button engaged. works on a 2023.
great video!! are you holding the TC button down? you have to hold it down for 5 seconds, and the icon should start flashing. just pressing it wont work. also, pretty sure you already have to be in offroad mode to do this. You also have to turn off stability control. i know different combinations of pressing and holding down buttons give different amounts of control. cant remember what they are though.
First turn traction control off, then using the same button press and hold for about 10 seconds until stability control turns off. It will indicate on the screen the same way traction control does.
you can disable traction control by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds. it does turn off traction control completely but when you start drifting and sliding, it's the trailer sway control that is kicking in. you can turn that off also in the menu. but like the traction control, every time the truck turns off and on again, everything will be default on.
Typically it has to be in 4X4 high or even 4X4 low. Press and hold the TC button until the light flashes (5-10 seconds) and that should do it. Once the TC is off you can switch back to RWD and let er rip. Keep making the sickest of the most epic videos 😝
Another reason why I Love your antics Sam is because you just say what is on your mind. I have always done the same if I see or kick someone else’s rubbish I will just pick it up and put it in the bin Love your work @Sam Pilgrim true legend
Today was EPIC, Sam and Lewi, y'all rock! The stairset of doom was awesome. Even with the hail strom that came through,Wow. To the sskkyyy! Peace 🤘 💥 ✌️
I do not have a raptor, but they should be a button with a little squiggly lines on it. That would be your traction control to push it and turn it off.
offroad mode then press and hold the traction control button until it says disabled. Don't do any full lock donuts/drifting you'll blow the power steering pump up.
Awesome video but Take care of yourself Sam!! make sure your back is in tip top condition for further shreds, don’t over do it if it’s proper hurting! awesome vid nonetheless 💪🏼
The Raptors Traction control on the centre console the TC buttons the one at the bottom just press it once you'll see the light come up on the dash a skidding car with it saying off underneath it! It always reactivates when first turn the ignition on you just need to hit that button when its started to turn it off in 4H or if Using 2H for better fuel consumption!? That's it mate and to switch it back on just press it again till the light goes out! It will auto reset when engine is shut off and re engage when started it's a safety thing cant deactivate that unless pull the fuse i think! But my mate just presses the button on the centre console on his one at the bottom of like a volume rocker looking type button mate! Hope this helps
Time to get it "Tuned" There are plenty of U.S. sites that offer tuning for the Raptors. If you're willing to spend $3500(ish) USD you could have one hell of a fun truck
Those high rise bars definitely worked on the turn down, will definitely work for sick moto whips. You boys were definitely caught out in the weather on that last doomer. That still looked awesome. Love the Raptor. It's a v8 weapon of mass awesomeness, sounds great.
If you’re still struggling with traction control try unplugging the abs pump or pull the fuse for it, hopefully doesn’t put the truck in limp mode though Worked on my old Mercedes that i could fully turn off
I've just put the Burgtec High rise 38s on my trail enduro full sus with the new V2 Funn Equaliser Stem that just came out with New V2 Grey ODI van Grips, the grips felt solid at first but damb there nice when riding!
To tune off the traction control you got hold the traction control bottom for 10 seconds if that don't work it's pres the traction control 1 time for 3 second and then press and hold again till it beeps
10 x multiplier for the slippery steps in the rain, with only a metal fence at the bottom to stop against (or bunny hop over into traffic)... These rides should be a DLC for your game...
Ahh it is a fuse to that will stop it from turning on once you hit 35 automatically. So you go to the fuse panel and pull fuse 47 which is a big yellow one. Vroom vroom. So after you pull the fuse you still have to turn off the Trac by either double tapping or long pressing the button. Good luck samuelth
@@SamPilgrim I'm no mechanical expert but it seems like the fuse turns off the abs and other functions that limit it's performance, but still gives you control on weather to turn off or on the sport mode and Trac control features so you can burnout. Turning into sport mode is a huge thing because I less you do it makes shifts come at lower revs. Good luck mate. You the people's champ for sure
Get an expert tuner to get you an expensive programmable ecu, hook up the laptop and delete the traction control all together. Also the best way to fine tune and get the most out of your engine. My youtube wisdom.
Those bars are pretty decent, they used to be the go to setup for street trials until people like Inspired starting making their own high rise versions
Hey Sam, i love your videos so good content. Iam following you for 4 years i think ❤🎉 Iam from Germany, so great wishes from Bavaria ❤ What was your first downhill bike ? ❤
In my 2024 and 2013 I press traction control off them press and hod it to shut off advancetrac but even then there seems to be an anti steez fairy in the computer still. A good engine tuner should be able it delete it . RPM in Lethbridge Alberta Canada in awesome but you might have to send your ECM

Cant believe Lewi lay on the road with a GoPro and let you drive over him. Absolute mad lad!
hahaha!! Yeah he's crazy!
He was probably just down inside a manhole. Duh
🤣
I can’t believe he has a raptor in the UK.
@@DecrepitWombat For real. Must've escaped Jurassic Park
Let's just take a few moments to appreciate that deep rumbling idle sound. What a lovely sound!

Stair set of Doom. 🤘
That intro was mental… not that I’d expect anything less.

"Well done.." 😁
Loved that.
Got into mtb like last year and your content is a huge inspiration to me, keep it up man!

Thanks for more laughs. Its just science that higher bars give you more leverege. I put full size bars on all my BMX Cruisers.

Sam epic video as always, love your collection of bikes and the way you fly down these stair cases, the Raptor is a weapon.
My raptor is newer, but you simply hold the traction control button for 5 ish seconds and it lets you drift like crazy.
offroad mode then press and hold the traction control button until it says disabled. Don't do any full lock donuts/drifting you'll blow the power steering pump up.

Do you ever do long downhill races like Kilian Bron?
I used to work by that first stair set, and I never knew it was there until now 😂😂

Oh nice, so with the fuse out I can still have traction control then? I'll try that! Then if that works, huge burnouts coming up!

Just find the abs pump and disconnect it! Then you shouldn't have anything interfering with your shenanigans

Shreddy the gnar!
Sick video!
A stair set of doom that's so ridiculous it looks like the great wall of China on Google maps - noice!
What happened to the Cherokee of grandest I bet that doesn't have traction control
Sam the best! but any bike he gets each of them creaking the same )
Them og vibes on the high rise bars are just more nostalgic than.. idk
Press the traction control button for more than 10 seconds and it should turn it off… That’s how it is in the 2015 plus mustang gt cars at least.
Absolute Madness
Owww my neck. That's great though!
