    I am not Igbo but I feel beyond all doubt that Nnamdi Kanu saved Nigeria. He opened people’s eyes to see the chasm where Buhari wanted to bring us into.
    I am not impressed with the current government for holding Kanu in order to please a past administration that was clueless and anti-Nigeria’s cohesion.
    Kanu should not be held in captivity without trial. At the end of this all, the judicial system and authorities are responsible for this mess.
    The government of today should be ashamed and compare Kanu to some politicians who are in hiding today.

    For sure some Igbo elites feel threatened by the MNK release. And for their insecureness MNK can locked indefinitely. Those elites know themselves. Igbos know them too.

    Igbo Elites??? Hmm, this is 100% wrong. APC is the one that wants him locked up for their own political gains. Buhari used it and now Tinubu.

    • @martinsibeanusi4317
      @martinsibeanusi4317 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @ugonnaokoro9957 sowore is not correct. IPOB existed during Yar adua, Jonathan, and PDP era. Nothing happened to them. They were irrelevant, and the East was peaceful. APC brought insecurity to Nigeria. The APC that brought boko Haram was ANPP Ali Modu Sherriff, where Shettima was the commissioner of finance. Buhari made Nnamdi Kanu popular. The injustice is loud and appalling. I am not in favour of Nnamdi Kanu rhetoric, but the continuous detention of him without trial is sad.

    • @martinsibeanusi4317
      @martinsibeanusi4317 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @georgey-b6080 The truth is insecurity was introduced to Nigeria by APC. IPOB existed during PDP Jonathan, and nothing happened to Nnamdi Kanu. He was ignored and was inconsequential, but Buhari wanted to introduce a new dimension to the insecurities Nigeria was facing. The southern front, so the northern terror can be ignored. This is why the fulani herdsmen ravaging the country are called bandits instead of Terrorists. Tinubu is trying to continue with the status quo. He made a deal with the fulani to look away from the mayhem.

    Most you blame Igbos completely b/c the average Igbo elders felt they couldn't suffer same trauma of war of 1967/70,which they're yet to come out of, and that ,Igbos never sent Kanu for any biafran anything.

    Sowore, you may not want to go into detail, but the problem or cause of the war was not only Igbo secession, but also the annexation of other regions. Do tell, why did they return to Edo and Ore after arriving in relative peace to their own region? Are those parts of Igbo land where they were going? Igbo secession was not the only issue, but their desire to force other regions that do not wise to join them. And don't forget Lagos the igbo mans wet dream.
