Larson and Rettke brought a lot of things to Monza. Congrats to the team!
Larson is a player-coach. Amazing player. Poor Ebrar, she tried to carry her team but volleyball is a teamsport.

People blaming Hancock for Novara´s loss, but it was not her to blame, it was the coach! They have to make a mental work with the players, it´s always like that, in the end of the match they lose! They don´t have a backup setter and dependes only of one player, and she gets tired and overworked, especially on crucial moments!
Ignore them, look at the stats, the reception from Monza is much better with Larson while Bosetti received terribly. Rettke and Danesi make Karakurt hardly to score the point, ( at least 2 attempts) and in the fifth set she was exhausted. The coach of Monza is smarter, he used Vanheck and Stysiak in rotation changes and kept Stysiak for the important sets

Dün gece hücumun yanında çok iyi defansta yaptı zor toplari çıkardı ama takım oyunu işte tek başına yetmiyorr.Seneye değişen kadroyla çok daha iyi olacağını düşünüyorum.Gurur duyuyoruz seninle Ebrar

I thought surely lightning cannot strike twice when novata again went two sets up to start the match…I think at this point its up to the coaches to make the right decisions especially after playing this same type of match vs this same team not too long ago.
I hope Monza will keep Larson. Not just until the end of the season but for more seasons to come.

I’m sad for Karakurt and Washington they were the only players who gave their best. What a shame for the team. Monza deserved so much to go to final. Hancock is a disaster for the team entire season. Novara's outside hitters were so much bad. I think the team has mentally breaking down. Lavarini were so anxious last set and did not help the players. Novara did not deserve such a great and ambitious players like Washington and Karakurt !

If you put all the comments togheter you discover that the world is full of coaches that you don't understand why have not replaced yet Guidetti, Terzic, Santarelli, Barbolini 🤣
Lavarini é muito superestimado, montou um time caro, com um bom banco, pra sobrecarregar as titulares a temporada inteira, e as reservas com 0 ritmo de jogo! Caiu na CL antes dos play-offs, por um erro dele e caiu agora pelo mesmo motivo. As vezes as jogadoras titular só precisam respirar um pouco, ver o jogo de fora, se acalmar, e fazer substituições no último ponto, não adianta.
Bosetti caiu de rendimento há muitos jogos e nunca foi tirada de quadra, Nika com menos de 20% de aproveitamento, e duas ponteiras no banco, e a Micha que nem lembro qual foi a última vez que fez um bom jogo.
Ele não pensou em nada pra montar esse time, aparentemente!
Karakurt joga com bolas empinadas, que não era o estilo de jogo da Hancock, que teve que se adaptar, e a Herbots que era ponteira titular na última temporada, acabou no banco por não jogar com bolas empinadas, o jogo delas ficou muito lento e previsível!
Próxima temporada só ficam bosetti e a karakurt

Quest'anno non ne azzecco una...convinto passasse Novara...come, per gli uomini, che la spuntasse Trento....certo è che Monza non si scopre ieri sera, ottima società che ha già dimostrato quanto vale, anche in campo internazionale...bravissime, complimenti...
per Novara è stato drammaticamente chiaro solo nei playoff e cmq. con Conegliano-Egonu questo anno non vi sono/erano soprattutto possibilità.... per Trento era difficile pronosticare... vedremo il prossimo anno dove a mio avviso è impossibile fare pronostici almeno sulla carta...
@@pedrito7000 da neutrale, è da un po' che spero che Novara si possa prendere qualche soddisfazione, ma contro le Pantere al meglio non c'è trippa per nessun gatto a meno di non chiamarsi Vakifbank..io credo... in altri post ho evidenziato come Novara manchi un po' nelle centrali, rispetto a Conegliano, completissima (se si eccettua che io la Miriam la vedo meglio in difesa che come terminale offensivo).....credo poi che la fuoriclasse Karakurt non sia stata sfruttata al meglio, forse un gioco palla alta su di lei sarebbe stato più proficuo....su Trento uomini: non mi aspettavo uno Sbertoli così bravo e su Matej inutile sprecare elogi, è stato pazzesco...tiferò ferocemente contro i polacchi, da italiano spero nella "vendetta"...comunque sono state semifinali favolose, secondo me, sia per maschile che femminile, molte emozioni....🇮🇹
@@fabioarcuti concordo su tutto, sì diciamo che Karakurt è un livello superiore nel suo ruolo e non ad altre giocatrice della squadra attuale , ma sono convinto che la Igor stia lavorando per avere il prossimo anno una squadra che riesca a valorizzarla meglio. Sì assolutamente grande livello di tutte le squadre maschile/femminili giunte questo anno nei playoff maschili e femminili.

E' stata una partita bellissima e tutta equilibrata. Qualcuno tanto doveva vincere e ha vinto chi ha cominciato a fare meno errori e non perdersi molto a livello mentale
Bravissime entrambe le squadre, ma avete montato un filmato con quasi tutti i punti azzurri......come sempre, si fa vedere solo cio' che si vuol far vedere.....
Vista la partita dal vivo: complessivamente, Monza ha meritato la vittoria. Novara ha migliorato il muro rispetto a gare 1 e 2 ma non è stata incisiva in battuta, errori e pochi vincenti. La grande Stefania Sansonna, ex libero di Novara, aveva messo in guardia su Monza e ha avuto ragione: passare contro una squadra che ha 2 giocatrici alte più di 2 metri e brave, è quasi impossibile. Non è mancato certo l'impegno di tutte le ragazze Igor ma non è bastato. Finale interessantissima Imoco contro Monza.
Sono d'accordo, spiace, perché i primi due set Novara, variando il gioco aveva messo un po' in confusione Novara, l'ho vista più lucida, poi nel terzo set (non cosa nuova...) il crollo, Lavarini se posso trovare una pecca non ha voluto sostituire Daalderoop in evidente calo fisico... con Herbots e l'ha fatto troppo tardi, a mio modesto avviso bisognava mischiare più le carte e le soluzioni di gioco... Monza bravissima a riprendersi nonostante una Larson non brillante come gara 2...

Bunlar bizi Türkleri sevmiyor hele Italyanlar ... simdi Paola Egonu 30 sayi üğretseydi ve takimi yinede Mağlup olsaydi ozaman yine Paola Egonu yine tebrik ederlerdi ve buna rağmen nasil iyi oynadini ve müthiş oyuncu oldunu dile getirirlerdi yüz de yüz .... Bu italyanlar bizi kendilerine hic rakip görmiyorlar yada bizi önemsemiyorlar belli!!! Bu kanıta vardim bunlar kesinlikle kiskaniyorlar bizi ondan da olabilir.
Congratulations to Monza for winning and getting into the finals! They proved once again that they are giant slayers. Now they just need to repeat how they were able to beat Conegliano in the past, by getting those crucial block touches and stopping their outside hitters & middle blockers, leaving Egonu to do most of the work. Hopefully they let Davyskiba or Lazovic start instead of Gennari because her perfomance against Conegliano is disappointing.
As for Novara, I don't really get why D'Odorico did not get subbed in if Bosetti wasn't performing well. I also don't get why they prefer Washington as the slide hitter (even in team USA I would prefer Akinradewo or Ogbogu as the slide hitter because of how high they jump off one foot) instead of Chirichella.
Maybe because Chirichella is technically and mechanically the better blocker and she rotates with Monza's offensive threats. She'll guard Stysiak and the ever-smart Larson.
Lavarini may also thought that no one can reach Retke (let the floor defenders do the job) so they match her deadly slide with an offensive slide with Washington.

C'è poco da scrivere... Monza meritatamente in finale, Novara era partita bene e poi come al solito ha sprecato il vantaggio con le solite magagne... già descritte ampiamente in commenti alle altre partite, forse un appunto (se mie è permesso) a Lavarini che ha voluto insistere su alcuni giocatrici e non facendo un po' di turnover, cosa che Gaspari ha fatto facendo riposare Stysiak, rischiando mettendo la Van Haecke, che però si è comportata molto meglio di gara 2 e poi rimettendola con effetti "devastanti"... Comunque partita di alto livello. Sono cmq. certo che Novara tuttavia in finale non sarebbe stata in grado di superare Conegliano, vediamo Monza, anche se ne dubito fortemente...

Monza deservedly in the final, Novara had started well and then as usual wasted the advantage with the usual flaws ... already described extensively in comments to the other games, perhaps a note (if mine is allowed) to Lavarini who wanted to insist on some players and not doing a bit of turnover, which Gaspari did by letting Stysiak rest, risking putting Van Haecke, which however behaved much better than game 2 and then putting it back with effects "devastating" ... However high level game. They are anyway certain that Novara, however, in the final would not have been able to overtake Conegliano, let's see Monza, even if I strongly doubt it ...

Si è verificato quello pensassi, le avvisaglie le avevo notate ai quarti, dove una grande Cuneo fece zoppicare Novara, contro Monza la Igor in gara 1 ha stentato a vincere dopo essere stata sopra di due set, in gara 2 travolta 3-0, oggi come partita è come se fosse stata ila ripetizione del 5 set perso in gara 1 da Monza....dopo una grande rimonta che allora finì in sconfitta, oggi nella vittoria delle semifinali.
Grande entrambe le squadre, Novara fortissima, Monza è stata migliore, e quello che ho detto sopra è solo una differenza sottile basata su dei dettagli millemetrici visto l'alto livello espresso ed esposto: COMPLIMENTI AD ENTRAMBE......contento per Monza!!
Concordo Novara, a mio avviso ce l'avrebbe fatta... ma poi dal 3 set sono emerse le solite magagne... Monza vincente meritatamente e decisamente più lucida

Ebrar :( She worked so hard for this even with the worst setter in the world, Hancock. Hancock should definitely stop playing volleyball. She fucked up the whole team and the efforts of the players. All the outside hitters were bad today in defense. Only Ebrar and Haley were good. Novara sucked with the defense and Larson saved Monza in the back. I am just sad that Novara lost. They had a chance of winning against Imoco. Monza will definitely be slayed by Egonu alone

With a mediocre setter like Hancock, that is the best that you can achieve! I have been saying this the entire season unfortunately it has now come to this end for Novara.
I really hope they will get a new setter next season.

1. It is very easy to read her sets and therefore as a blocker it is very easy to get in position.
2. She simply cannot play out of system balls
3. She makes horrible decisions in the game
