hey everyone!! In today's video I go over my 6 am productive morning routine for 2023, including a bunch of new healthy habits I've incorporated into my morning routine this past year (that lead to my *health up**, but for the purpose of the TH-cam algorithm, I'm calling it a **glow up* in the title lol). I go over my morning skincare and hygiene routine, moments with my *very opposite* pets, my favorite breakfast recipes, tennis, studying for my college summer classes, and more! hope you enjoy and find some of the habits helpful (or at least interesting) :)

Environment can really play a big role in motivation and energy
You are right♡☆
Yep, environment (I think the Sun and nature especially, the Sun has a proven effect on stimulating our eyes and waking us up) can definitely play a big role in energy/motivation (there’s also a phenomenon called seasonal depression, which is again tied largely to the Sun I believe)! Relationships (if you count that as environment) probably play the biggest role too- I believe I read somewhere that several studies of the “happiest countries/people on earth” showed that close family & friends increased happiness the most. However, just in my experience, I’ve lived in the same house for over 10 years with the exact same people (minus my youngest bro, who’s 7 lol), and my absolute worst slumps, depressive/tired spells, lowkey anxiety when I couldn’t fall asleep at night for months because I kept ruminating over negative thoughts, self-loathing (esp in my teen years), etc all happened in the same place with the same people, and it was all going on inside of me in my own head & body. I was a lot happier & way more energetic (borderline hyper at times haha) as a kid (pre-puberty when everything went haywire for me) when we lived in a much smaller house with not nearly as nice of a neighborhood. No matter what my parents tried to do to help me, and no matter how much time I would spend outside, there were countless days in my teen years & early 20s when I felt like a ghost in my own life and was super super low and didn’t want to get out of bed or do anything. Now that I’ve gone on this health journey, I can say that, in my case, probably 50-70% (if not more) of energy and motivation is health related, either from lack of proper nutrition, movement, etc or an imbalance of hormones, neurotransmitters, etc. Again, I just speak for myself and not anyone else, but when you can’t shut off your own brain, feel constantly distracted / like you have a brain fog / worrying about everything & super emotionally volatile all the time, no matter who is around you or what is around you, you basically can’t enjoy anything because you’ll always find something to be negative about, worry about, or, you’re just so tired you don’t have the energy to enjoy life. I do truly believe that happiness & energy (at least starts to) come from within! Hope that makes sense!!🥰💖 Regardless, I hope you have the room & nature you dream of in the future, and I’m wishing you all the best!✨
