I've been slacking on my routine since I've had two weeks off from work. I need to get back into gear and start making some traction again towards my deadlines, goals and upcoming trips. I don't think I could wake up at 5am but 6am seem easier. Loving the cosy environment.

It was a very gradual process of shifting my sleep schedule earlier and earlier! And yummy food to look forward to in the morning + your favorite show or hobby always helps xD

Waking up at 5 is a productive thing, I wake up at something like that every day. As early you wake up as much as time you get the whole day and also a good sleep at night. This is like a necessity for students. I love your routine and I remember the other 5 am video, both are perfect 🌥

I really like how you're able to squeeze in so many things in your day, Estella. I used to have bad time management. Like, I try a lot with planning, but it usually never worked out for me. I ended up making long lists that end up getting forgotten. I remember how you always mentioned to write to do lists that are pretty much doable and realistic. We don't always have to write a lot of stuff, just thos necessary to get us through the day. Thanks for this, Estella!
