Take this as a constructive criticism, something is missing in interviewer, initially completely ignored eye contact and taking phone in between and feel like not actually there and positive thing is questions are good and ability to handle audience and tam
Everything is great. Tam great as usual but the other girl ruined it. She looks so uncomfortable and distracted or absent. Constantly fixing her outfit, shifting in her seat, touching her phone, not even looking at Tam while talking, especially when tam is doing such a beautiful job maintaining eye contact with her as well as the crowd. The whole thing could've been so much better had that girl just been more present, less distracted and respectful of another speakers presence. Like imagine inviting someone and then not even looking at them. Like even when she's asking Tam the question, she's looking straight at the crowd when she should be looking at the person she's asking the question. Even the body language, putting her leg up like that while sitting in front of so many people. Lacks professionalism. It's embarrassing really.
