Nostalgic 😍 I enjoyed this because I use to love taking mine out when I was young. The pull of the thread and the way your hair starts twirling as it unravels. Memories
hey hun, thanks for watching, there are slight differences between the two, noticeable a leave in will be lighter and designed to detangle and condition the hair pre-styling, can also be used as a refresher where as a moisturising spray will be a bit denser and aims to add moisture back into the hair, it may also penetrate into the hair strands a bit better than a leave in. So it'll honestly come down to your preference. The Taliah Waajid shea and coco leave in for example for me acts as a moisturising spray so I hope this helps 😊
@@ChumaSoko Definitely helps a lot, currently have a protective style so was wondering if just spraying a leave in over it would be good enough but looks like I might need to start hunting for a moisturising spray 🙂
thanks for watching!!! I'm not sure of any salons that do this in London but I'm sure you can find a salon especially for natural hair that would be able to.

awww glad I could take you down memory lane 😊
Adding some oil or conditioner with slip to the ends before unraveling will prevent breakage. It takes a little more tim though.
great tip Dianne, thanks for sharing, yeah my patience levels were low 😅
Chuma Soko I am the same.
Looks cool
Wow!! Came here coz I was looking for what style I can do for the African threading ❤️
thanks for watching hun, did you get to try it?
Hi Chuma, does a leave in conditioner work the same as a moisturising spray or are they different?

I don't think so but a lot in nigeria
Ooohh so you dont wash the hair at all or wet it while in this style ? Yes or no
Hey April, you can wash but I opted not to and just moisturised daily instead, with a liquid leave in conditioner.
@@ChumaSoko oh ok ...thanks for responding
Lovely
If you spritz water on your stretched hair it will shrink...
Hey Mary, it depends on how much water you spritz, you just need a little to moisturise without causing shrinkage.
Try anticeptic swab on scalp parts or Seabreeze
Love it
Did you wear wigs on top of this?? Or you wore it out like this
Hey, I worn my hair out like this for the whole month, no wig wearing at all 😊
Chuma Soko wowwwwww...that’s so brave of you😅
