New Cabin Air Filter from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ib/1ACAF00169
This video shows you how to replace the cabin air filter in your 2012-2018 Nissan Altima. Cabin air filters clean the outside air coming into your vehicle through the AC and Heat system. Like all other filters, they need to be replaced periodically. Check your filter at every oil change, or if you sense any strange or off-putting odors.
This repair was done on a 2016 Nissan Altima Base 2.5L Sedan 4-Door FWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
2012 Nissan Altima
2013 Nissan Altima
2014 Nissan Altima
2015 Nissan Altima
2016 Nissan Altima
2017 Nissan Altima
2018 Nissan Altima

Why are these filters so damned difficult to remove? Whomever designed the 2016 Nissan Altima should have to change the cabin air filters and headlight bulbs on every single car he disigned! Seriously makes me want to sell this car and get a 1970s beater rust bucket from a junkyard to fix up and drive. At least back then, vehicles were made to service and repair. Can you tell I'm fed up?
Well done
Sue the helk out of Nissan. This is such bs
