Great video I’ve been wanting to get into the drone side of things and this makes it much more affordable, i’ve had fun playing with the small JJRC brand with the H12 and h8dh but obviously, they are just little toys, and are severely limited in their capabilities.
Neo comes with a controller and 3 batteries and a multi charger if you buy the flymore combo. I’m in Canada and I bought mine a couple of weeks ago. I understand the US release was delayed.

I cannot find a single video that shows the "Follow Me" flight option. Could you possibly do a video showcasing the different budget drones' following abilities? IE: walking through the woods or through a neighborhood, maybe even through a building.
At least with the Neo, you can constantly crash it without damage, so it is a much better beginner drone. I have a Sunnylife case (NE-B864-D) for my Neo that is perfectly designed for the Neo, including the controller. Of course, I am a non US consumer, so the controller is included in the combo kit.
You already have your NEO? Ours still isn’t scheduled for delivery until a week or more from now. If so, what are your thoughts? Two great things about it (besides durability) and maybe 2 things you don’t love. Thanks!! 🙏💯⚓️
@TheRcSaylors Well, it's affordable, my first drone, full local support, I even purchased care refresh. No controller is needed for use as a selfie drone. It's just my opinion as it is designed as the real beginner drone. With the controller, it has full RTH so unlikely to lose the drone. Sure, it's got its limitations like only lv4 wind resistance. However, other TH-camrs are shown flying it well past its recommended limit. Short battery life of around 12-14 min, so eventhough its got a range of 5 miles or 8km at best, its limit is 2km, or it's a one-way flight, lol It does everything I want. Even the tracking is quite good it follows like a pet dog and you can even talk to it and tell it what to do. Also have a prop cancellation system so you can talk while the drone is close to you. Many say the 4k video quality is not that great, but let's get real its a $200 drone designed for the first to the drone sport.

I picked up the one last year for the $120 price. It’s my first/only drone. I’ve flown it a few times but still haven’t figured out how to turn off the props after landing. I just wait for the battery to die. Couldn’t find any information in the booklet or online. Anyone here know the what I should be doing?
Keep holding throttle down, for a few more seconds. Even 20 more seconds. Gosh, having to wait for the battery to die, I feel awful knowing you’ve gone through that process! Also, I believe it has a motor lock button, but if that doesn’t work, also try holding both sticks either down and out together once on the ground, or down and in. Please follow up and see if those methods work!! 🙏💯👍😎⚓️

I agree regarding the controller issue. You Can buy one for it, but it costs an extra $130, which almost doubles the price of the NEO. $330 Vs $250 and some in the comments are saying this drone looks like it has better camera quality than the NEO! 👍💯😎⚓️
The Neo would be OK if you already have say a controller 2. The range is way further than a mile; it has ocusync 4. The limiting factor is battery capacity.
Why don't you ever have an fpv quad / multirotor on your channel. This current video is about a camera that flies and it's not like a plane or a freestyle quad because both of them require contact user input or it will crash. The drone you are doing this video about will sit there and basically fly itself. Which isn't fun it's a video camera with motors and a program that keeps it airborne. No skill needed. It's lame and pilots aren't interested in these
When I look up the mini 2 se, it seems to be $400+ if you can even find one. Or are you talking used prices? I’ll never trust a used drone unless I know the source, but that doesn’t mean others shouldn’t. Also, if this drone were being sold as used, I’d imagine it would sell for $175 or so, so really it’s about half the price. I love my DJI drones, but I’ve also always tried to consider the fact that not everyone has that extra $100 to spend to get the next level up, as an example. Happy Flying my friend. However, we literally say in this video that this drone doesn’t compare to the quality of DJI drones but we have to be fully aware of price points too. Besides the lack of gimbal, what I’m seeing with my TV and eyeballs,the quality of this video looks better than the DJI Neo videos I’ve been seeing.

If you're in that budget ballpark, I'd skip this one and go for a Fimi mini 2/3. No brainer.
