    Been getting ads for this technology for years. One guy that's in the ad's, is very accessible to listen to it makes a great pitchman. Very cool technology and format to the medical world lol

    How is this data collected and stored, and used? Who will have access? What about 3rd parties? Will you share or sell this data with life insurance companies? The same questions apply to the app. What’s your data breach response plan? Also.... this A.I will eliminate many healthcare workers jobs... Have you considered the impact?

    This place terrifies me. the ads keep telling me every day to come to their office because they're down the street ( they actually are, local ads feel creepy coming from a medical provider) and I don't know who they are and they aren't covered by my plan...
    Preventative care is very very limited scope of practice, like immunizations, mammograms, birth control, testing screening... things you can get from a pharmacy or planned parenthood GNC or walk in minute clinic.... If you're symptomatic this place isn't going to be cheap and they aren't going to be covered by your plan.

    Wow this is so inspiring I want to become a G.P but from my experiences with being in a doctors surgery aren't possitive its always very slow and its just uncongortable if i could do something like this well the concept not the execution, that would be a dream come true but i would do lots of study's first so that i can find out what people hate the most about going to the doctors and change it.

    • @pinklemonade6597
      @pinklemonade6597 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      But to be honest o thought the video seemed a bit to good to be true and all the drugs at the front desk are theirs and they arent giving you the things you need they are giving you the things they want you to have and i think for elderly patients as well and the iPads and apps. I don't think that would be good for them i asked my gran and she said she likes talking to people at the doctors surgery because other times she gets lonely and if you take the interaction away and its not face to face it just doesn't feel the same but there are ways around it i guess

  • @LuisLopez2
    @LuisLopez2 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Preventative primary care. That is a euphemism for "we charge you a fee to tell you what is wrong with you and then you're on your own"
    Just another example of the dubious nature of the tech industry.

    • @mediastreamview9528
      @mediastreamview9528 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There is nothing dubios about this. Why shouldn't they get paid for making it easy and convenient ? Not everyone has health insurance and not everyone likes waiting for appointments to see a doctor. A quick walk-in screening is very appealing to busy people or those whom are impatient. Furthermore, no hidden fees so you know what you will be paying upfront without surprises.
      You know what is dubious ?
      Paying $ 1000 per pill that cost $ .10 cents to make.

    • @LuisLopez2
      @LuisLopez2 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mediastreamview9528 this is preventative primary care, they don't treat any illnesses. They're charging money to tell you what is wrong with you and then good luck. That's not going to affect the price of the$1,000 pill one iota. You are paying a $153 a month membership fee just for them to tell you what is wrong with you and not treat anything.
      People cannot possibly be this stupid.

    As a doctor, this vitals machine will be more stress than its worth. Who cleans those pulseoximeters? How often. And those vein finders are nonsense! Patients will think they are high tech, but anyone who has used them knows they are useless in contrast to experience or ultrasound.

    Um, the genetic scanning comes from 23 and me. So I guess that fills the gap. But again, why is this such a great service if the founder in this video is a bit porky? If this were my company and I wanted investors to get their money back, I might consider loosing a few Big Mac's off my waistline. Anyone remember Theranos? Deja Vu.

    A physician in lifestyle medicine does everything all these overpriced machines do. If a patient has initiative they can get every benefit this place offers with their primary care physician. All fluff. Save your 149 a month, buy an apple watch and show your doctor the trends next time 😆. I wonder how much this place charges insurance companies for their 'procedures'
