Today, my neighbors had to put their golden down today due to multiple tumors. His name is Murphy and looks exactly like Tucker. He was only 8 years old and my dog Finn’s playmate. I’m really going to miss him.
I had to put my other Golden, chica, down, too, last year, due to leukemia and several malign lymphomas. She had just turned 9. How I miss her. My best friend, my 24x7 companion, my furry daughter.... The pain in the heart is still like stabs. And she took a piece of my heart with her. All my doggies (9 in all that have already become furry angels) have taken pieces of my heart, which must look like a Swiss cheese now. Condolences to your neighbor, I've been in their shoes many times and it is always so difficult to accept . 😢😢😢😢😢😢
