      You didnt ask the right questions in this video.
      If the husband ALWAYS was thinking of returning to india, why did he apply for GC.
      Most important question: if he has already flown to India to MOVE back, why did he return to USA to get citizenship.
      The answer to both questions above, will help people understand the real reason why people move to india and why they come back.. everything else is red herring.

    We have moved to usa when my elder daughter is 11 and younger one just one year old . Initially I was like no let’s stay in India , but now after coming here , I have understood that Staying happily and healthily is more impt than staying india / usa . etc… pain and gain is der in both the countries .

      Yes as OCI holder being a US citizens, we must file taxes both in the US and in India. We have appointed qualified CA and CPA respectively in India and the US.
