You guys are killing me with this video. Just before my lunch time and starving. Ugh ! Great looking menu and now I'm out the door for a big cheese steak sandwich instead of the salad I had planned to eat for my lunch today. Boy, I wish I was there with you guys> Thanks for sharing
Lol. That place looks amazing but you lying down at the end cracked me up. Bonus points for a place thst provides a comfy lounger when youre too full to move. I've often added a splash of bourbon to ice cream so those shakes look incredible! 😊
Hauled a lot of bourbon in my big truck back in the 80s so I have been all of the distilleries and toured them as well interesting stuff. I will try this place for sure.
Wow!! I made mention of my thoughts of Bardstown in another video but I’m blown away with this one and my family and I are definitely taking a trip there! Awesome stuff!!
That little bottle of Tabasco Sauce reminds me of the little bottle of Frank’s hot sauce that we got in our C-Rations in Vietnam. I’ve been a fan since then.
Tabasco’s inclusion in military rations unofficially dates back to 1966, when Walter McIlhenny, a Marine and grandson of the hot sauce mogul Edmund McIlhenny, tapped into the military market with a C-ration cookbook called ‘No Food Is Too Good for the Man Up Front.’ The little cookbook came with a 2-ounce Tabasco bottle, clothed in waterproof camouflage packaging, making it the perfect care package gift for soldiers in Vietnam.
It was nice to see you at the distillery!! Great video! It’s nice to see fellow packers fans when you’re out and about!! I had the croque madam (with the egg on top) and it was fantastic!! Highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be back when I’m back in Bardstown.
@@goodallscountrykitchen ...you should visit Montreal or Quebec City or both with your family to truly enjoy a food experience like no other. Quebec City in my humble opinion is the most beautiful city in the world.
Great review man! I've been to every Bourbon Distillery in Bardstown and that looks like the BEST!!! Can't wait to check it out! And I love Tabasco also, I used to live in Nawlinz... Try the Habanero Tabasco Sauce when you can.
This place has everything you would want at a specialty restaurant. The place is huge, well designed with great decor, clean. The food looked delicious. I know exactly what Ryan means about cheese curds having the “squeaky sound “! I thought your server was absolutely knowledgeable about the beverages. I couldn’t give a presentation even if I was tested by the owners. I would be handling the mop! 😂 lol. Ryan gave his best “Mary Face”, but nuttin compares to the original version of sweet Mary’s. You must take Melissa there, date night. Btw, I live really close to the Shanksville area where the United Flight 93 crashed on 9/11. Everything was in lockdown and I happened to be in the hospital for testing. You can imagine the preparations being made for emergency rescues but none ever came into the hospital. Our daughter was in grade school and We were terrified. Been to the site and now The Memorial and it’s very silent, hallowed, and sad. When the breeze passes your face, it a feeling that gives me goosebumps. Think about visiting The Memorial in Shanksville, Pa.
Wow, sorry you had to experience 911 so close to home. The passengers were so brave. No telling how many lives they potentially saved. Diana did give a great presentation. Way more information than I could have given for sure. It was a great afternoon and such a relaxed atmosphere. Just what the doctor ordered.
Not a whiskey person, more like wine person. 😅 That Charcuterie board looks very delightful and country style, not the yuppie high-end prosciutto with fresh salted mozzarella and manchego I get. 😅
Ok. This has convinced me to.go to Bardstown. And Barry, there isno shame in featuring Bourbon. Its ky. But you huys need to wear some button up shirts and no baseball caps.🤦♀️
I thought about what to wear, and then I concluded I would wear what made me feel comfortable. Bardstown is so beautiful. It’s like traveling back in time. It was a perfect day for an outdoor lunch as it was sunny and 76 degrees.

@@TonyGeraghty that’s a great story. I never heard that before.
My grandpa kept a bottle from his ration when he was in the military. Never deployed but had to eat MRE in training.

As a lifelong Chicago Bears fan tell Ryan I didn’t appreciate seeing him wearing that cheese head shirt after that disgusting loss on Sunday 😂

Pimento cheese ought to go on the lid where it can mingle with the chicken and not under the lettuce so it’s slipping and sliding every which way.
