I just finished mine 3 days ago. It was confusing but i managed to get it working. I installed mine with the board facing up so you can dial in the balance between the dry and wet signals. I also put the in/out wires between the master pot (middle prong) and the board. Just unsolder the green wire and the in/out wires goes in place. The biasing potentiometer on the fx board works great if you dime it all the way clockwise and back off just a little.
I almost wish I would have installed it that way, but all in all turned out pretty decent! I could barely find any info on the IN/OUT, but I’m glad you got yours working too! Do you have any noise issues with your loop?
@@Jesse_Stiles no, no nois at all. Some pedals have ground lifts and certain settings that cause noise. Make sure your pedal is using "Line Out" setting when plugging in to the loop. Some fx pedals have the line out setting in a menu option or a physical switch.
Awesome job showing your install! Solid build for your first for sure! You've inspired me to install the Mojotone loop I've had sitting here for a while. Mine's also going into a British 50 that I set up as 76 2204. I have the big head box, it's as wide as a 4x12 cab. Good call on being careful with that plexiglass back panel. I'm also going to drill for a level pot, vs giving up the 2nd speaker out. Great playing on the demo too!
So dumb question. The send level knob. Does it work as an overall master vol for the amp when engaged? I have a soldano SLO with a loop master and it’s a fantastic feature. Building one of these 2204s now and your vids are fantastic!

Thank you I appreciate it! And yes! After installing with the loop level control, it does seem to act as the overall master for the amp!
