This one right here, I found them in 6th grade and I’m now 30. I just had my first baby and I’ve really been struggling mentally postpartum and I got to get out and run errands today and hadn’t had a chance to check out the album yet. I put it on in the car and when it got to this song I ugly cried. 😅 So many emotions from one song. This band has followed me my whole life it feels like.

I used to be a huge Mcfly fan, I was one of the many who had my bedroom walls plastered in Smash Hits magazine posters. However, after Radioactive, for me personally their music didn't feel like 'them' (added to that, I was getting older). So down came thr posters and me following their music. Fast forward to today, one of their new songs comes up on Spotify for me. I hear it and I'm filled with nostalgia - they sound like the fun, energetic Mccfly I knew and loved! I'm in my 30s now, and playing thr album on repeat - particularly this song. Thank you for the amazing music, it feels like old Mcfly but with lyrics that fit my life now I'm older.
