I do not understand why America doesn't adopt the Japanese bathroom layout. Put each toilet, sink, and shower in a separate room. That way 3 people can use them at once. Having said that, these rooms are beautiful. Thanks for posting.
The villas are lovely. IP theming needs to go. What's the deal with the windowed doors to the rooms? Are those the models for showing?

Wait? Is the front door see thru glass? Is there a way to cover the see thru glass? That's weird! Everyone walking by can see inside your room?
Okay I saw another video of a different suite and it has a solid door. Phew! This must be the showroom only with glass doors. I assume at some point when these sell out they'll change these doors.
Is Tiana the only theme for the rooms? She’s great but not really what I’m thinking for a California vacation. Though the rooms are pretty I don’t think the contemporary touch’s trying to mesh with a Southern aesthetic is working.

Is this room only available for DVC members or can regular Disney goers book it too?
There are 3rd party companies that let you stay in DVC villas you just rent it from a DVC member
You can rent from DVC owners. It’s more cost efficient then booking a 2 bedroom suite at the hotel side
