Thank you so much for this. I see no videos from you after your husband was ill. I hope you are both well. Your videos are still helping folks. God bless you.

If you can transition all syrups and tinctures to alcohol or glycerin base instead of sugar including honey. It's been known for a bit now sugar has an extremely powerful immune suppressing effect on the body, only 10 grams think two teaspoons of sugar in a day lowers immune function close to 50%. It's extremely important to avoid sugar when sick and unfortunately when one takes these remedies so many are made with a sugar base. There is no need. Glycerin is extremely cheap and found at any pharmacy and just as easier or easier to use and can even be heated making a hot extract too. It's what all the sugar free syrups use that aren't alcohol based.
Vitamin C is literally the weapon the immune system uses to kill infections. The white blood cells store it and release it turning it into hydrogen peroxide to kill. It also directly destroys pathogens. So you need a constant supply at least 3 times a day for best effect since it flushes out after 3-4 hours. But what most people don't know is just plain old magnesium also plays a significant role for infections and neutralizing poisons and toxins in the body. Magnesium chloride in a water solution one dose was used as a mono treatment to cure polio and even reverse almost all of it's effects on those who previously had it too. That's how powerful magnesium is. Mag citrate is very cheap and sold everywhere as a laxative even. Really simple stuff but good to know.

Hi, Linda! Thank you for the very useful content! 😊 May I ask how long the syrup will last after it's ready in 3 weeks?

Must it be taken by the spoonful or could I serve it in a cup of broth with some herbs to improve the taste?
