Great to see the old ways of farming kept alive, This will prove invaluable when modern chemical agriculture fails to provide food in the future. We will need to know how to restart society and this channel among many other will provide leadership. Good job
Great videos I enjoy whatching each one as they come out. Pete both you and Hilary have done a very good and informative job of making each of your videos. Congratulations to you both and your family. Cheers from New Zealand
Can't stand channels that do nothing but feed off the hard work that someone else has done building a successful channel. It is absolutely none of your business what Pete and Hillary's net worth is.
I find this review particularly annoying, as Pete and Hillary present a very wholesome channel. They do what they purport to do. There are a lot of "Farmers" on TH-cam whose only crop is the viewers and their TH-cam earnings. To be fair, there is at least some background information in this. Mind you, I'm not certain how happy Pete would be at this film, as he appears to be a quite private person. Not quite got the details on the pigs right, even before Pete's recent issues about what to do about pig farming. The butchering of the old pig was an anomaly for the channel. The pig was for home consumption only, as pork for sale would have to be stamped by an approved processor. Small farm rearing of chickens and turkeys can be home slaughtered, but Pete is careful not to show this. So the net worth was a guestimate and the reference to the machinery was made by people who just don't watch the channel. Pete enjoys older machinery, but this machinery is more than adequate to service a farm his size and minimises capital expenditure. Not watched as much of "Just a Few Acres" in the last six months, but that is due to me not anything lacking in their excellent films. With more and more viewers, older viewers comments get swallowed up, one good thing about this film might be that Pete gets to read people's comments. That is, if he wastes his time watching other channels on TH-cam. *May God bless and keep you Pete, Hillary and your children, oh, and your Dad,* you have provided many happy hours for me over the last few years. A fan living in Gt Britain.
@@COIcultist Hi COI, I do look around at these reviews once in a while, and found your comment. I have wondered whether you were still around and watching, as I haven't seen you comment lately. I greatly appreciate your kind words! And I hope you are doing well.
