It looks like a great truck! I almost bought that one but I splurged a bit more and got the Redcat Shredder v2, which has been an awesome 4WD 4S truck. Anyway, I look forward to seeing the bashing video! Take care, Saylors!

Great channel,,Been flying dji phantom P3'S for 5 years,,,moving into RC Airplanes. Just bought an EC 1500 TWIN EFLITE. Just putting this out there,,need an instructor for flight Training. Willing to travel and $$$pay. Have AMA insurance. We are having issues here in my town at local air field. But nothing I've done,,lol, just joined the club ,,,and they have issues with the farmer next to air field. If not, I completely understand. I will still watch you guys! I have a great appreciation for a well designed monster truck-it is so versatile. I am excited about the brushless motor, shock stance, bucket-scooped chassis, realistic body design and most of all the price point. Redcat Racing is really knocking it out of the park with this truck. Looking forward to hanging out with TheSaylors on the Vlog channel this weekend.

Do not run more than a speed test on 3s, broken axles for sure. Also check the whole truck over for loose screws. If you have axle breakage while bashing the loosen the pillow balls on the suspension to give the axles a bit more clearance or play to move in and out while the suspension moves up and down. Good luck with that truck.
Edit lol disregard the pillow ball comment as this is a different design but all others still apply.

hey brother after having truck for awhile,how is it,has it broke anything failed.i am thinking of getting one then i got on amazon and a few other sites and almost all people said it breaks easy one guy said everytime he takes it out it breaks,is it the operators or the truck,ive been watching you for years i trust your judgmentmits alot of money for me to spend im disabled and prob the most i can ever spend but i want a solid truck.i hope you can help.
I've been distracted the last few days. I'm hoping to catch up with y'all's videos tonight (starting here, which is the first one I missed). Also, that little baby crawler finally got here today (on the second go). The box and the truck were all smashed up, but it works. The lights rock. :)

I like the body style and paint scheme of the Dukono Pro. I like the waterproof electronics and brushless motor. I'm looking forward to seeing TheRCSaylors put the the Dukono Pro through its paces!
Hey guys I love your videos!!! I watch you and Jake Billings the most. Gives a good variety of viewing. I love how you test speed and function of the vehicles with some good bashing in there and even though it's painful to watch Jake bash these sometimes it does give an idea of just how well some of these are built. (Picked up a few Arrma's because of him!! LoL) Anyway I wanted to comment on the Dukono. I purchased one and I do love the truck but it's not been the most durable for me. Repairs necessary almost every time I run it. I was wondering if you had tested one of the Redcat Blackout series yet? I now have them all and they have been really tough. I'd like to see other opinions of them though. Anyway thanks for the great videos and keep up the good reviews!!!!!!!

Hi nate speaking of building a truck i bought a short course truck kit from hobbyking for a great price £56 uk ive never done one before but thought wat the heck n it only took me couple of days off n on to build it with its probs aswell so im waitin on paint coming and some wire for the motor wires as mine dint come with any but was fun enjoyed doing it dint think i did bad for my first time

I heard that you could run a NIMH but I know that you would not go as fast as lipo but I don't want to go fast
There's no issues running NIMH.
As far as LIPO goes? Just get a proper charger and keep charging under 2C. That will make it perfectly safe. Those NIMH packs are way easier to get blisteringly hot than it is with LIPO. And if LIPO scares you, use LIFE instead. They are not prone to fires as it's a different chemical system. 3S LIFE will work well as it puts the power level between 2S and 3S LIPO. 2S LIFE will be a great starter pack for brushless. With only 6.6 volts it will be less powerful than the classic 6 cell NIMH, and offer a very long runtime. If you purchase the brushless version but go easy on the power, there will be room to grow just by upgrading battery packs eventually. If you want more speed eventually but have a brushed version, you'll need all new electronics as well as battery packs. Add to that the brushless system will last longer and need a lot less maintenance. Other than initial purchase price, there's really no upside to purchasing the brushed version.
How bout both of ya's build a RC crawler using only Lego parts and motors and see which one makes it up the hill 🤔👍

Nate and abby i wanna say i truely do love your channel and your content. Not that redcats cheap or all the stuff you do is cheap but i love the fact that you do stuff with either full chinese or cheaper brands cause thats where alot of people are gonna start out or like me even ive had $700 slash builds but still enjoy a quote on quote toy and love that you review alot of stuff im interested in alot and your reviews are thoroughly entertaining and educational while being super neutral i love it. Keep up the amazing work.

No problem Robert! A basher is basically a vehicle that you take out with intentions to drive randomly, ramping and driving on all sorts of terrain. Bashing tends to end with broken parts if driven hard enough. A basher is generally a vehicle that can go fairly fast and is pretty tough. Hope that helps! 👍⚓😎

Redcat, HSP and Himoto are the same thing. A few differences on a few models, but most things are the same

Oh man, I’m kind of bummed… I miss seeing all your funny drone videos. Popeye chasing them and Them failing spectacularly or surprising us. I honestly could care less about RC cars and trucks. I hate to do it but I think it’s time to dip.

The Saylors introduced me to the enjoyment of building, upgrading and driving an RC car-this summer. I have increased my RC understanding, so now I can add car bashing, crawling, and car building to my initial interest in airplanes & quadcopters. This channel can broadened your RC horizon!
