It's a great truth, I speak punjabi at home my children went to Aligrah English medium school at Lahore now I live in 🇺🇸 USA now starting Punjabi at home first they feel strange now they enjoy Punjabi and Punjabi songs. Thanks it is a great effort by Mr Dhilon sahib and specially young singer like Mr Bhinder. You took us beyond borders of Pakistan and around the world. Salm to our mother language PUNJABI. THANKS
Good step, Every parents should also take this step. Because urdu speakers children can't convert back on their mother language without their parents sport.

Really feel good to watch you guys promoting our mother tongue . I was shocked to know that in Pakistani Punjab the mother tongue Punjabi was not part of the syllabus. I kept wondering what could be the reason ? . We all know language is always made and developed by the local people regarded less their religions why it was denounced by Muslims in Pakistan and Hindus in India . I never understand and never digest it , But I always feel proud that at least My Sikh peoples never disown their mother tongue and given its proper place . Punjabi language is made by all peoples and enriched throughout the history . Sikh never had discovered or made it in their home privately . This language is product of sanctuaries of inter communication of all Punjabis !! I wish in near future people relate to them selves more then Hindi or make shift language Urdu which came from outsiders / attackers .
It's a shame it is not taught but the people of Punjab still speak Punjabi. They will never forget.
@@aamin6933to see the discrimination with Punjabi in Pakistan I felt so bad and I never stop my self to question as what is the reason that people disown it ??? And the only answer was , the religion , on both sides . Then other question popped up Islam came from outside and Punjabi was already was here and Hindi came from Prakirti just like Punjabi as the off shoot . I think this is the tragedy of Punjabi because people start having wrong connection with the religion which is wrong . Sikhs in this side took the responsibility to give its right place and now it is you guys has to contribute .
@@XOYzzzz I'm not sure I agree with you about religion of Islam affecting Punjabi. I don't understand this please explain. If you look at the pushto speaking pakistanis they have not taken urdu even though they are the strictest Muslims.
The main reason in some areas punjabi is not spoken alot is because the people wrongly think it is not for the educated. They also think speaking English will make you more respected. In fact from experience alot of devout Muslims have retained their beautiful Punjabi language.
@@XOYzzzz Another brother. The punjabi in pakistan is still in the original form and has not been diluted. Unfortunately, when the sikh veers went to India Punjabi has slowly and with sadness been diluted with Hindi words. When Sikh visitors come over from the world they praise pakistan Punjabis for their beautiful and sweet language. Don't worry brother Punajbi is starting to come back to the people and thanks to social media.
@@aamin6933 nice to see that you guys are speaking pure form of Punjabi . I used to hear from my parents who migrated from Gujranwala . I heard that Punjabi had been changed in its accent and vocabulary in every 20 miles . Yes it’s true in Eastern Punjabi there is mixture of more Hindi Words and in western Punjabi mixture of more Arabic which is natural . But really I appreciate the efforts of Punjabi Lehr . We all Sikhs from India and abroad love to see Punjabi language flourish into leaps and bound . We look forward to the people in Pakistani Punjab to bring this language to its real place . India, punjab definitely has the insecurities when it comes to speaking punjabi but it is not that bad. I have many pakistani friends who are all punjabi but only speak urdu. It is sad. Even majority of the comments/supporters below are from India punjab. I would love to same support from Pakistan punjab.

I often watch Tiktok videos of Waqar and his content is always good. He should bring more creative content and must include videos based on Punjabi virsa etc. He is from Nankana Saheb and can easily do old Sikh worship places there.
