Kirk not a top tier quarterback? No you say....except that he plays like a top tier quarterback.
Before he got hurt last year he was tied for 1st in touchdowns, 1st in pass attempts, 1st in pass completions, 2nd in passing yards, 3rd in QB rating, and 5th in completion percentage.
How many quarterbacks that are "not top tier" could lead their team back from a 33 point deficit??? And it's not the first time that he's led his a big comeback either. People get too hung up on draft status.....like you can only be a top tier QB if you are a first round draft pick.

Great comment, I really do not disagree with your comment at all. Trust me, that’s why I’m a big fan of cousins cause of what he is capable. When I think of top tier , I simply think of people like Mahomes, Allen, and maybe Jackson. People like that. I know cousins has some great stats, but he doesn’t effect defenses like those guys do
