Having a PS5 controller is a bigger flex because you can't use a PS5 without a controller, but you can use the PS5 controller without the PS5.

Ina's had to explain for a while now the pain of her buying a PS5 controller in anticipation of getting a PS5, only for PS5 stock to be terrible everywhere. I think she first started using it for PC games during Hollow Knight, after her PS4 controller started having issues? Either way, it really is a meme at this point. Will Ina ever get a PS5? Uh..m-maybe.
I saw one at my local Walmart here in Mexico, it's been sitting there for about 6 months, though it'll probably get bought for the holydays.

That's pretty cool. Unfortunately I only own about 240% of a PS5. Couldn't quite hit that 100% so Ina's a lot closer to owning just a full PS5 than I am. Sad times

As someone who bought a dualsense for my pc I know the feel of people seeing the controller and asking if they can play my ps5. Then having to explain to them that I don't in fact own a ps5 and just thought the controller was comfortable as fuck.
