I used to walk to Chenonceau from my house when we lived in/outside Amboise, you seriously need half day there to see it. the gardens are famous, 2 men design, grow and tend to the garden (with helpers) but its all their doing. the best bit is inside the Chateau they use their flowers to make the most amazing arrangements in all the rooms. its my favorite
You are hilarious, I’m catching up on your old videos. I was in Ambroise this summer, so it was fun watching your video and recognizing the beau ville….my GF and I took a couple of trains there…yes NO ONE will help you with your big ol’ American suitcases! And it’s crazy trying to get on the right track and the right carriage! We did it so now more confident about it. You are inspiring me to rent a car next time though! We rented e-bikes and biked to chateau chenonceau which was an amazing day, we did the Sunday market and biked along the river also. I was also in “blah” the year before! I love the loire but too cold in the winter. I’m looking in the south of France. I love your videos. Great editing you’re a pro!
@@robynhudgens7820 So glad it you found similarities in our travels… I have to say driving is so easy now. It was mostly mental. Once you get over the initial uncertainty it’s just like driving at home… You can do it!!!!
As a fellow Atlantean and French Chateau admirer I am thrilled to have stumbled upon your channel. Love your energy and frankness. I look forward to future episodes as I plan my next trip to France.
@@mhuff9243 I hear ya on the YT rabbit hole! Guilty! - I’m not far from you… Northcrest neighborhood… (spaghetti junction)… can’t wait to get outa here!
Hi Morgan, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really entertaining, informative and well-made. I loved your videos. I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and also make highly engaging shorts for you?
The king of France Charles vlll was born in that château of Amboise, he died accidentally at the age of 27 in Amboise he was born in 1470...it is one of the most oldest and grandiose château in france, one thing for sure...she will have hard time in france not speaking French AT ALL and have a quite bright personality....not that they don't exist but her personality is more parisian, she should start with ottoman apartment, live in Paris, get use to the French life and search for a château after much consideration...renovating a château cost a LOT of money.
Are you talking about me? Thanks for saying I have a bright personality...LOL - too late, already bought a chateau and am living in France without speaking fluent French. And you? Do you live in Paris?

Thanks Jenny from the Cognac Block! You are my biggest cheerleader! Now if I could only figure out why my thumbnail is blurry 😂🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
Tours is a favourite city of mine - I LOVE La Vallée de La Loire. And Gare de Tours is a magnificent building.
Awesome vlog! You are definitely brave! Renting and driving the car in France would have paralyzed me! Well done!
Ha! Thank you! It did paralyze me for a full 24 hrs and I had a little pity party then sucked it up! 😂😅
