I think that Mandalay Bay is underestimated because of its location. If it was in the center of the strip it would be much more highly regarded. I find it to be comparable to some more prestigious casinos. I call the "jogging track" a walking track and its a great place to clear your head in the morning without having too many people around and since it goes around the pool complex, its a great walk. I agree with you re the dining options. There are lots and most are good. I also agree with you that The House of Blues is a great place for breakfast. Since the breakfast place at the Aria closed, The House of Blues has become my favorite breakfast place. The Seabreeze café isn't bad either for breakfast. I appreciated your videoing and commentary. Nice video. We have enjoyed all of our stays at the MB, I think your video captures it perfectly. Wish its location was better, but other than location - it's a great resort. Thanks for the continued content, it helps to curb my vegas withdrawl!
The food court is new since we were there in 2016. We love the Mandalay Bay. The centre bar is such a fun and relaxing place to hang out (and people watch), especially when they have a live band. We also really enjoyed the live music and food at Ri Ra's. For a great and enjoyable and slower-paced breakfast experience, I recommend the Verandah at the Four Seasons. And it's a bit of a splurge, but we also recommend renting a Cabana for a day. Sometimes if you go the day of (especially in the middle of the week when it's less busy), you can get a deal. We rent it on the lazy river and the nice thing is that you get a full day (which I wouldn't be able to do if we just used a regular lounger), shade, your own lounge chair, and a fully stocked fridge (along with service...they can bring you food from any restaurant in the Mandalay Bay).

The Mandalay Bay is a beautiful property i just wish it was closer to everything else. In my mind it would be a higher ranked property if it was next to Aria. The casino floor is so well laid out too. I believe the less than desirable eateries wouldn't be in Mandalay Bay if it was closer to the main part of the strip. Idk just my thoughts great video guys like all your videos you always give us the information about the property and then let us make up our mind about it.

Wasn’t pool weather so we didn’t make it out. Honestly, the pool area is great, but the wave pool is mostly just a pool. It puts out just a single wave every few minutes, which is bizarre. Thanks for watching!
It's about as far from center as you can get and still be ON the strip. There is a free tram that runs from Mandalay Bay to Excalibur, which gets you closer to the main part of the strip. The Las Vegas monorail runs up the other side of the strip starting at the MGM Grand.
Not far at all. The escalators to beach level are just a hundred feet or so from the guest elevators. From there you go outside and walk a little bit but not too far.
At the time this video was made it had still not reopened after COVID and no announcement had been made as to whether it ever would. It’s back open now and called Light. It’s located between Rythm & Riffs and the parking garage, just past Lupo.

The food court is new since we were there in 2016. We love the Mandalay Bay. The centre bar is such a fun and relaxing place to hang out (and people watch), especially when they have a live band. It appears you would have access to most of the Mandalay Bay features from staying at Luxor without going out in the weather.
We love the Delano rooms compared to MB. Have a 2 bedroom suite comped for April . But overall we do enjoy the vibe at properties!
