That's a lot of investment considering the land price near the airport. Bro wasted a lot of potential land. It's hard to get big plot of plain land in Bhutan even if you have money

Many people blame Nepali politicians but the fact is Bhutan was richer way before 1990s. Look at the percapita during nepali king and Bhutan king. Bhutan had abundant arable land so Nepalese migrated to Bhutan after the abolition of slavery in Nepal.

@Rage25-j9t I am not saying about past or anything I just want my country to focus on development so just stop commenting randomly to anyone like who is interested to know Bhutanese school or college have same ground or airport KO najik KO land waste vo shut up and enjoy the vlog, and yes thanks for the information though I didn't knew Bhutan had high per capita in 90's and I am blaming my politicians cause I know them but I didn't mention them in the comments though.

@@MRKINGofclash25bro it's truth. Near airport and that too flat land. it's is valuable, it's gold. I don't think this will ever happen in Katmandu or Pokhara. I don't think single owner has that much plain land in city. Nobody should invest in stupid football. Owner said he was losing cores of ngultrum each year.
