Double rubber grip is always good (!); but knowledge is key : you can pull comfortably if you absolutely know the nib and feed are a friction fit. Some models have the feed plus inner section threaded into the body. Therefore, if unsure how it's attached, first turn anticlockwise....Treat her like a Lady...😊
So why isn’t the feed and casing included with a new nib? Seems like unscrewing the nib and feed is easier and should not void the warranty. I realize I’m probably wrong here but wanted to get your thoughts on which option you prefer when swapping. Thanks for sharing!
Kerry, thank you so much for posting this video, very helpful!
the double grip tip is very useful, thanks.
Leonardo momento zero nib and feed are always really tight fit. I use bernard pliers with padded jaw to extract them.
Very helpful video. I have removed tons on nibs but this one was tough enough to make me worry about it. You gave me courage to persist.
This was painful to watch! I'm always nervous when I disassemble my pens.

Thank you.
To answer your question, I am unsure what is up.
Great tip on aligning the the nib and feed slits!
Useful guidance for a number of different makes and models.
I would also add to be careful putting the cap back on the first time -just in case the nib is too high ....
double rubber grip! Thanks for showing us the what about a Leonardo. I have one and it is a best writer for me.

Been loving your videos lately. How do you store your pens? Would be fun to see behind the scenes of another penthusiast
