The funniest part about this is that Nouvelles night actually be playable just on the merit that the main means of removal the deck has is tributing your opponents monsters. Not to mention that that the level 4 ritual shuffles cards back into the deck so you would never run out of resources. I can't wait to cook this is gonna be such a cool deck this format. (Its just a cool deck in general as well)
You can use Vanquish Soul Trinity Burst in NR. It summons up to two, not exactly two, so you can target Pantera and summon the different attributed Pluton from the hand (and vice versa) and then bounce several cards. Still not great because you have to draw three specific cards, but if you do, you can set the trap and then wait until your opponent commits to the board, summon Pluton as a Quick Effect to an occupied column and activate the trap in response to his summon resolving, target Pluton and summon Pantera to another occupied column and then bounce all of your opponent's cards in those columns. Again, not very consistent, but not unusable.
