Their videos just gave you an general idea about what is RCT. 99% of youtube videos of RCT are on ideal tooth and there is 99% chance that you don't get ideal tooth for RCT in clinics. Read books ,study, read articles reserch about procedures even in clinics they won't teach you how to perform perfect RCT. Most of the dentist doesn't want you to make you as their future competitors unless and until you have any sort of personal relations with them. Bitter but true

Sir, aapki saari baat sahi but overall dekho 3-4 saal mein govt jobs aati hein. Seats:dentist.khud samajh lo. Dusra private practice. College sab kuch nhin sikhata. Itna waqt, salary hi nhin de sakta. Bahaar private waale bhi salary minimal dete hein itna aap khud pr bhi expenditure nhin kr sakte, to aap jyada time seekh hi nhin sakte. Pg option hota he invest private 20-25 lac Clinic mein invest 4 lac min maan lo. Already loan kaafi he, competition in business. Direct clinic after ug then too lot of competition with already one in market plus specialist. Ug has to expand his knowledge while practice. Videos r gud but it's again practicals and hand on which matters. He can't leave his practice to upgrade his knowledge from 3 months institutions/academies which charges a lot. So lot of pressure with addition to decreased awareness challenge.i appreciate ur positive part but it wud be great if u reveal negative aspect as well and how to tackle with them.
