Did Justice Khanna come to the Court high on Kejriwal' liquor?
Had he forgotten the Constitution of India which decrees that all citizens are equal before the law?
Why does Kejriwal's position as CM and ongoing elections create extraordinary circumstances for a politician under investigation and money laundering?
It it is Khanna's opinion that it creates extraordinary circumstances, It's obvious that politicians must treated separately from ordinary citizens of the country on similar charges.
With that precedent, should not other citizens like OBC, SC and ST claim special circumstances because of their classification?
Would murders claim special circumstances since they did not know the knives or the guns would kill the victims?
Would the rapists be able claim special circumstances since they just did what they saw male dogs and cats, cows and bulls, ewes and rams did( just to the job without permission)?
Justice Khanna will open Pandora's box with lawyers, whom clients can afford to hire, claiming special or extraordinary circumstances.
In my opinion, Justices Khanna and Datta should be discharged and new Justices appointed as they were required to rule on whether bail should be granted on the basis of evidence and representations.

This hearing was not about his crime. This hearing was because kejriwal’s lawyer filed a case challenging that the arrest was illegal. The matter was already lost by Kejriwal in Delhi high court before coming to Supreme Court. The court wasn’t listening to whether Kejriwal is guilty or not. That matter has yet to be brought in front of court. Another bench of Supreme Court has already established that the scam has occurred and money was used in Goa elections. Had the lawyer of Arvind Kejriwal filed a bail plea, then the evidences and matter of whether Kejriwal was involved and everything would have been discussed. But since the legality of arrest has been challenged in court, the court would only discuss the parameters that need to be fulfilled by ED to arrest Kejriwal.

Kejariwal is not a habitual offender but how could he know that Kejariwal does not have a habitual attitude to make offender! Kejariwal have by wrong processes has done his Sish Mahal. As per Khalstan Pannu's statement ,he has taken crores of rupees from him, joining hand with him and going against the country. So many things are there which were to be investigated and then he is prooved innocent then Supreme Judge could have given the opinion that he is not a habitual offender. What is happening in this country and in the Supreme Court. 140 crore Indians have lost faith on the Supreme Court..

As a citizen of India I condemn the unnecessary arguments of Sanjeeb khana.
Kejriwal went to SC appealing against ED's " illegal arrest" . His plea did not include interim bail . Why did the SC suggest and start considering interim bail and cite the case as extraordinary. The bench is quite obviously sympathetic to Kejriwal , God knows, for what reasons.
If Kejriwal is charged on the evidence of some one who is released after paying a substantial bond money to a party, then what credibility can one give to that kind of evidence and the witness. If there is substantial evidence with the ED, then why are such evidences not being put to the court to justify his arrest and continued refusal to give him bail. If the witness provided the bribe to Kejriwal. has he now become above the law just by admitting to his crime. Why is he not behind bars when he is also equally guilty. Does the law in India provide provision to forgive such people of such crimes.

This is all gimmick. Judges have received their gifts from AAP party. Earlier the same judges said why AAP party can be held responsible as money was used by AAP party for goa election. Now they are bent upon to give bail for campaign by kejriwal who happens to be AAP convenor and has money in AAP party
Our courts seems to be closing eyes for such laws. This type of law is it's self wrong and we are arguing whether any person is above such law. I person should be innocent until proven guilty. But this is just opposite and why SC is totally silent on it...?

This is not above LAW , this show's how our Indian constitution of LAW is so weak or weakness. Second he how one can use law were there is lot of loop hole .
Decision-making process:
The final decision is a combination of various sub-decisions like a decision A= A1+A2+A3. For example, the final decision on surgery is taken after examining and deciding various other reports and associated decisions. But, when is A2 added or deducted to or from A1? If A2 is a new fact, then it has to be seen whether it's relevant, whether it wasn't available or wasn't made available earlier. In the latter case, it will have to be seen whether not made available was genuine or deliberate. Similar steps would be needed before adding or removing A3. Then final decision is arrived at A. Where A2, A3 are not relevant, the decision can only be A1.

The Indian constitution is very clear that the fundamental rights of a citizen of India can not be infrinched by any body, period. Any law contrary to this is unconstitutional and must be challenged in the supreme court of India.
