Hello Jael. Silent subscriber here. A while ago, you featured a 9yo girl who was taking care of her siblings and it touched me deeply. If possible, kindly give a playbill where I can bless them with a "kg of sugar". I'm not on any social media I'll be checking this comment.

Well done. You're such an inspiration. I'm mid 30s and have decided to plan to leave formal employment at 40. Setting up is what I am doing now.. farm and all.
Don't have children, not married. Don't think any is in the works for me.
    I'm tired of this routine.

Trim the tips on both sides and store in a plastic container with paper towels, ensure they are dry. place the container in the fridge.

Trim the leaves, clean and let them dry completely under the shade then wrap tight in a plastic wrap, store in the fridge. It can last for 2 months or more.
Another option you can share some with me😊

The carrots look amazing! You really had a good crop.
I shall try the vegetable pizza. I have been trying to eat more vegetables instead of starch, enough to make me feel full.

What a lovely carrot harvest! 👍 Harvesting is my best part of farming. Freezer method of preserving works well too. Wash... cut as desired... blanche for 5 mins... shock in ice water to preserve color, taste & nutrients then freeze and put in ziplock bags. Good for a year.

Blessings Jael🥰 Everything looks so healthy and beautiful in the village! Your carrot harvest looks great. I know it’s hard work but the finished product always makes you feel good. No matter the size of the project, when it’s done with your own hands, it’s a happy moment! Continue to press forward and be the Best You that you can be! It’s all looking good to me. I look forward to seeing the progress at your personal homestead also. Mungu akubariki 💜🙏🏾🌹🙋🏾‍♀️

In America, it's called " egg foo young" by the chinese.I add bean sprouts and water chestnuts to mine or any type of shredded meat if you want.Yummy!! You can dilute a mild dish detergent ( in America, most use regular dawn for this lol) with water .And spray early mornings before the heat of the day and right before dawn. You may have to experiment with what amount of dosage is good for your crops.I use this solution for everything, but be careful using as I said in the heat of the day because plants can be burned.

Since you had to pull them before you wanted to.I heard don't clean them and cover them in soil and store in a cool place to use as you need. The rodents COULD be moles or creatures that burrows. I don't know if rats do that, lol. I heard rats will dig holes, but im not sure.❤ beautiful place

To keep carrots for long, don't clean but pack in a plastic bag and keep in the fridge. Ensure the bag stays well sealed
