This may sound weird, but a change I’ve noticed in myself since adopting minimalism is that I’m a better “friend” to my material objects (if I were to personify them). With clothing for example, I no longer tire of things and replace them with new, more exciting ones. I don’t reject them just for showing signs of age. Instead I care for them lovingly, and spend a lot of quality time with them since I have fewer and better of them. I appreciate them even more than new things because they’ve served me well for so long, and we’ve had lots of great times together. And I mend them when they’re broken, trying my best to hold onto them for as long as possible. This is how I’ve always treated humans in my life, so it feels really aligned with who I am to now treat my physical objects this way too. Thanks for the always thoughtful videos! 🤍
I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone's that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.
yeah investment is the key to sustaining your financial longevity but venturing into any legitimate Investment without a proper guidance of an expert can lead to a great loss too
I agree. There's a lot of potential in the market. My friend introduced me to a financial advisor in 2023 Professional Chrissy Barymoer and even though I was skeptical, I went on. I finally was making enough monthly dividend to quit my soulless job and pursue my dream to start a restaurant in New Jersey and still earn five figures in monthly dividends.
I'm an amateur with a portfolio of 30,000$ but it's hard for me to build confidence. I want to invest another 12,000$ over a one month span, but I want to be strategic about doing it so l can grow more and not stay stagnant. Can you recommend me to this your professional please
Hey Sophie, just wanted to share with you right quick... About 10 years ago, I went through a quarter life crisis, I literally walked out of a city job and took a leap of faith to find my true passion. I must have gone through 50 different jobs, 8 cars and 4 scooters, everything broke on me. I was labeled bipolar and had friends and a few lovers pass away. I kept downgrading to minimize what I had, to try and stay a float. My plans where to become wealthy. I ended up 4 times homless and was almost living on the streets! I learned that living minimal was best for me but trying to do so in Miami beach with rising inflation became difficult. I have no money and had been scammed also. I came at peace with having nothing, but realized how much more was around me, and I saw all the beautiful wonders of the earth. My new plan is to some how travel and help out people! I just wanted to thank you for sharing your life on TH-cam, your an amazing person and have inspired me to get up and keep moving! 🤗
So many wonderful points Im connecting with that I couldn’t define before, thank you for articulating and describing the value of living a more simple life by minimizing through decluttering ones life inside and out. A new found sense of calmness… a declutter container; values 1st of health family friends, peace of mind; then a whole other tier; if you don’t draw your own boundaries, someone else will, and this leads to burn out; limited amount of yeses; unsubscribe unfollow; spending money on quality food aligns with my values; happy when I can coonect deeply with others. happy to pay for others because it makes me happy. Thank you for helping me identify with words what matters to me.,
I’m reading Essentialism right now and a lot of this is discussed in the book. I’ve been a minimalist almost 8 years but it can be a struggle at times. The physical items are just as important as the digital clutter and taking on projects or outings that we need to say no to. Great advice.
Another great video.Thank you. I am 75 and have always found too many possessions a burden . For many years I have been an advocate for having a simple life. I love to hear about other peoples journeys to a simple life. We all need little reminders and I continue to learn.
I used to practice minimalism for years, maybe five years. Only with clarity and time can I see why I left. I love travel so dearly, I looked forward to it. it was one of my biggest focuses and goals, and joys. When the pandemic took away international travel, all my plans were interrupted. A whole year of travel and savings just ... stopped. Add to the fact I had been a bit too minimalist. A bit too harsh on myself; I would have freakouts over small things. Owning anything was a pain and stressful. My space didn't have comfort, and there were so many adverts - as I spent so much time inside (looking at adverts), I started decorating my room. I turned my room into a sanctuary, but it always felt like things had to change or upgrade. I previously had a barebones room and I was happy. Then I had a cluttered room and I was comfortable, but also I had too many distractions and desires. I removed minimalism as a label (the ultimate minimalism) and decided to live life. However, it was cut to a few years later. I have been stressed, ungrateful for any of my belongings, ungrateful for my success, and comparing myself to everyone else. Spending so much money on everything, including a $1000 gaming device, which I opened but never played. I have changed my goals for this year, limited socials, but i listened to a few of your videos while painting and it helped put a lot of recent thoughts into words. 2024 feels like a renaissance for me. I am returning to some of my roots, but it doesn't feel nostalgic or living in the past. I have gotten older, I see minimalism in a new light. I don't know if Ill use the label again, but the lessons or maybe even the reminders are powerful!
Sophie, your slow living content is a breath of fresh air. Embracing life's simple joys is truly transformative. Your emphasis on mindfulness aligns perfectly with sustainability. Let's inspire others to savor these moments while treading lightly on the planet. #SlowLiving #Minimalism #Sustainability 🌱✨
Just moved from LA to rural NY, finally after 16 years there. The movers fitting my entire apartment into a wooden pod the size of an SUV was really neat to see, but still felt like too much crap!
This video came at the perfect time with all of the Black Friday sales going on, Sophie I love how you and your videos are guides to our own inner compasses on what happiness truly means for each one of us. your energy and your work are incredible and I'm so grateful for you and I hope you have a wonderful holiday.
Hello, I have been following along for quite a while now and I love watching your content. Less stuff and consume does open other doors. Before I started cutting down spending my Money on clothes and cosmetics etc I always was looking at other peoples lifes and thinking well how come they can do this and afford that and I can't?! My best example: I get to travel now. And I don't mind spending a lot of money to do it because it makes me so happy. It makes memories to treasure. I stopped buying what I do not need and found the joy of seeing other places, people and culture. That is what makes me happy and feel free to do it. Love from Germany ❤
I wonder how old Sophie is. I think she has learned the right things so early in life. I am 39 and I feel like my journey is just starting. I am excited still. One of the signs of the mindset change for me has been connected with the clothing I wear. I suddenly realized I had never truly appreciated what had been already in my closet. Once I paid for something and got to hang it in my closet, it lost its value to me immediately. And immediately I started wishing for something I did not yet have. That’s so frustrating. And exhausting for your wallet. Now I feel deep satisfaction when I match and wear the same clothes over and over again. I feel like I’m getting the value which is worth the time I spent earning the money to buy it. I also learned how to take better care of my clothes. Get rid of stains fast, wash, iron on reverse side and hang neatly. Thank you, Sophie.

Hi! Nice to meet you! I'm an artist, and I am a victim of compulsive buying, but when I got to your channel I feel like I needed Minimalism on my part! I long and yearn for it, but since I have Amazon and Aliexpress, again in my computer, I am thinking of the things I need and makes me "happy" ... the postgirl wud knock on my door, almost "everyday", and I won't save any more money!!! I even got broke before!!!You really are so 'inspirational' to me, and having this "minimalistic idea' wud be a "blessing" to me! Like you said, it would make us happy! Well, let me make my christmas tree, and make it a new year's resolution to "tidy" up, and become "minimalistic"! I thank YOU for uploading your personal ideas! It's a lot of help!
Perfect timing to watch this. I’m going on a holiday in a couple days, and was just waiting for a book to be shown to me that I could take with me. I’ve ordered Simple Living and look forward to see what changes I make after reading it. 😊
I would like to think I'm slowly shifting towards a minimalist lifestyle. I have come to truly despise clutter in my home and office; I feel choked and unhappy. So, I'm working on decluttering and purging my spaces of old, dusty, and unused things. If I haven't used or read something in years, it's time to get rid of it. It would be happier with someone else. I've also begun reminding myself when I'm tempted to buy more of something that "I have enough. I don't need any more of xyz." I'm also adopting the new one in, old one out. I bought a new jacket for winter recently. That also meant donating a jacket I've had for years, but haven't worn. That jacket had its journey with me, and it was time to let it go to someone else.
Hi Sophie, i’m so glad to hear it can take some years to get there. In the years following my wife’s (and mother of our two young sons’) death at only 40, i gradually became familiar with minimalism. Although i’ve gotten rid of at least half of my (huge) collection of books, records and CDs, and ‘regular’ stuff, i am now at the point where i’m torn about her books-she was an avid reader. I’ve tried reading some of them but just don’t feel it. It was, however, very hard to get rid of her clothes but this is on another level. Any advice from you or your followers more than welcome. ;) Meanwhile i’d like to thank you for your videos; not only are they a true work of art but they’re very helpful and inspiring. And unlike many other minimalist channels who just make me nervous with their continuous talking-they seem to miss that minimalism can also extend to the use of your voice and the images intermixed-you are the real deal. Keep up the great work! Much gratitude from Europe, MC
Perhaps hold on to some of the books for your children to enjoy one day. Maybe keep 2 or 3 endearing clothing items, especially if they still hold her scent. 😇 God bless you on your journey 🙏
So sad to hear about your wife. At the same time, you sound like you are coping with your loss and even want to improve your life, you must be a strong person. Regarding the books, I would keep 1 or 2 her favorites, some (which was adviced before) leave for the children (if they would be of any interest to them in the future), the rest could be donated to the local library. At my parents’ home we have a huge library (my dad loved to collect books, he has not been with us for 24 years), it’s kind of sad we barely touch it now. However, when I studied in university, it was so helpful having some novels within my reach. Wish you much wisdom and patience to come to the best decision.
4:50 I still don’t know how to be genuinely happy for others - thanks for putting it out loud - it’s such a nice way to understand from a different perspective. To think of it , we are never jealous of our immediate family ( atleast most of us ) then why others ! There’s always a sense of comparison even if a bit in the backseat
I wholeheartly agree with # 6! I have no problem spending money on intentional things. The same happened for me, decluttering is what helped me figure out what I REALLY WANTED instead of what people told me.
This makes sence to me. I'm in Niagara Falls now and I have no desire to get as many souvenirs as I can get my hands on. Just what I really like at least reasonable prices.
Thank you for all the info. I am happy to say that was not influenced to buy anything on blackfriday sale- I'd be thrilled 3yrs ago to go shop. Slow changes, that are impacting on the long term. Looking forward to your relaxing informative videos!
I see so many “minimalist” creators on here who have reverted to a binge-and-purge cycle, plus buying more expensive and designer each time. I also don’t see it making them calmer and happier; quite the opposite. Nice to see someone living by their principles and having a positive, centred experience of it.
Fantastic video!! Can relate so much. I went on a shopping and hanging out weekend with my two friends before Xmas and was shocked that I did not want to shop. Bought nothing!! It felt strange and thought maybe the girls would not want to include me again, as not the usual with me. Until my friend said jokingly that maybe my minimalism was kicking in. She was right! Now I only buy what I need for the most!! ❤
Hi Sophie Minimalism helped me so much from clothes and decor impulse buyer who was always “ on the hunt “ to now someone who enjoys a bit of shopping now and again, went shopping with my two sisters last weekend bought a couple of small Christmas presents treated them to coffee and cake 😊I saw a lovely jumper 3 times the expense than I wound normally paid back in the day, but waited for Black Friday for 20 percent off treating myself to it will wear it a lot, ticks lots of boxes and no buyer’s remorse x This is what minimalism brings better experiences better quality and peace ❤
This helped... a lot! I started to declutter last year, after a longer backpacking trip. When I came back home I started to ask myself "What is all this stuff?" I had no longer need for, because I was never attached to it. When I see videos like yours I always feel like "It's not enough, I have to get rid of more things. Now!" - not realizing that it is a process that will take time. So I'm on my minimalist journey and I'm really enjoying it. Thank you for the reminder, that everything takes time. 🙃
One of the many things I love about your channel, is how inspired it makes me feel versus compared. It's not like I want to have your life, but to apply some advises to my own life 😊
Hi there! It's good to have you here, on YT. I can't say that I'm a minimalist, but I like to live intentionally. I want to improve my life by doing things I love, eating quality food and being good and gentle to myself. I have to say, that sometimes it's extremely difficult to be consequent - as you said - we are exposed on differents triggers whitch make us get off the track. I still struggle with this but your channel helps me to remind to myself how to cool down.
This video was very helpful, I've been working towards minimalism for the past several months. There's still clutter, but I've been getting rid of so much stuff. The list you gave confirms I'm moving in the right direction. Thank you for pointing out that minimalism isn't an easy, overnight lifestyle. God bless ❤
Aloha Sophie 👋, Although I don’t necessarily practice minimalism from a tangibly noticeable perspective (e.g. decluttering on a habitual basis, living in a significantly spacious house, etc.), I do appreciate minimalism for teaching me to dig deep into discovering what I think really matters to me in life. For me, I’ve learned to live life and prioritize with genuine intentionality by deciding against the things that are clearly not for me and focusing on the things that matter to me on the inside. Mahalo for the video, and sending you lots of love!!! ❤️❤️❤️🤗
I love how you show montages of your life before becoming a minimalist without shying away. It truly is an inspiring journey:) Ps: That olive-drab dress of yours has my heart!
Aloha Sophie! I really like that you said that you do like certain material things but you don't rely on it to make you happy !:) Many others and myself needed to hear this, esp while most of us are surfing the net right now for black Friday deals. This message was needed. Mahalo Nui Loa for this video!🤙Hope you had a great Thanksgiving 🦃🤙
I can’t tell you Malama how much you have impacted my life, on positive levels ofcourse. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for each video you have made. I have anxiety disorder and due to that I used to do anxious buying all the time and I would feel so guilty always. Those things never made me happy. Now when I’m anxious, I watch and rewatch your videos. You have helped me so much that you might not even know. I still am on the learning path to stop my impulsive buying but I’ve come a long way thanks to you. Sending all the love from India❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
This really helped with the temptation of Black Friday sales everywhere. ❤…. With Christmas coming up, I think one big sign that minimalism has entered my life is me and my husband don’t receive gifts anymore (after asking our friends and family to not too) and before minimalism this thought made me sad and upset but now I believe Christmas is truly about the good things for us, so just spending time with friends and family.
I follow your channel from Germany and find the topic of minimalism in general very interesting. I've also become quite minimalist myself. I really enjoy watching your videos. I find you as a person super pleasant and inspiring😊. greetings from Germany Anna Lena
I am becoming more and more minimal. During the Black Friday sales, I take advantage of terrific savings on my cat’s raw food and my supplements that help my health. I also buy an organic mycotoxins-free coffee and bought six-months worth during the Black Friday sales.
I’ve been feeling this more and more on my minimalist journey, too. Subtle shifts over time for it all to work its way into my life have made all the difference. This might be one of my favorite videos that you’ve made. I also think it will hit home with so many people right now. Thank you!
I am a very happy minimalist. I realize I can love some items, enjoy, but not purchase. 😂 Healthy eating is something I partake too. Love your inspiring videos. Thank you!
I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I see the signs that I am also moving in the direction of my values. Thank you for the lovely, relaxing and thoughtful videos. Such a treat to watch.
I love your content, and the beauty of your videos, and how calm they make me feel, especially now that it is so hard to watch what's happening to my sisters and brothers and trying to not feel guilty about my own wellbeing. I also have pure admiration to your beautiful long hair, mashallah, so gorgeous.
I think we have to always be in the process of minimalism to keep our mind in the right spot as we go through our purchases and things we do. If we don't do that, we'll backtrack. Most people struggle with the spending mindlessly. Even when we think we are spending in ways that are good, we can screw up (giving for instance when you don't really have the budget that week to do it). I have seen it happen. I think for myself, I am not one to compare other than to my own self. I know people who get very stuck in the comparison hole. Anyway, beautiful list, beautiful video, and great insights.
Thanks as always Sophie for your inspirational videos. This one concludes my 2023 minimalism journey. It feels like this reminders/ statements is a tickbox for me. Happy to share that most of these resonatea and also a check for me. Meaning I adopt most of it from you. God bless you & your husband. More vids to come pls. ❤❤❤
I admire your maturity. It’s a blessing 🙏 Watching you play with your dogs & meal prepping resonate with me so much. On my days off, I do just that. To me, they are not chores when you created a clean, clutter free environment, healthy meals & spending time with your love ones (fur babies included). Occasionally, I would go out with friends for brunch/dinner/spa, it’s good for our mental health (socialising). Material things don’t mean much to me these days. I have all the nice things I wanted & honestly taking care of them took a chunk out of my free time too…so no more material additions ❌ Thank you for these gentle reminders 💕
Sophie! You channel has helped me so much! Your Videos are gold and something all of us need! Currently i have so much clutter in my life but i am getting rid of it slowly. I am on the right path and your videos help soooooo much! God Bless You! Keep inspiring!
I missed you, Sophie! Been discreetly checking every day for your videos. Thank you for this. I’m trying to embrace intentional living and for few months I already notice some changes. Happy thanksgiving!
Dear Sophie, your list is wholesome with such beautiful messages in this video. For me, I personally felt like it was more of a conscious living lifestyle. I am glad I checked all😊 Thank you for making this video🙏🤍✨
Thanks Sophie for sharing these thouhgts and your experience. you are so philosophical. I've learned so much from your videos. and I like how you talk about trends, ideas, books and how you use it in everyday life. it's very inspiring and makes me to learn more about minimalism and essentialism.
I really want to learn how to prioritize. From your video, I learn that it starts with learning about ourselves (what is important to us). Thank you, Sophie❤
Your videos are so inspirational, and when i need a reminder to minimalism they help me so much. I'd love to know some of your recipes because you seem to have very healthy food. Lots of love to all.❤
Aloha Sophie!!! I came back after so long due to I wasn't not so confident to post on your channel as my English is not very good yet (still learning day by day, 24/7, hahaha... ). What a shame you left Portugal, and what a pity the wildfires that devasted Maui the last summer... a rough year, hasn't it? (the same here in my homeland the last summer, in February). Awesome video as always, and whishing you and your loved ones all the best from Central Chile. Hugs and greetings.
Dear Sophie, happy Thanksgiving, thank you for sharing your thoughts. I would appreciate if you could recommend top 3-5 books about minimalism that you find meaningful or interesting. There is so much to choose from and I do not want to buy the wrong ones ! That wouldn't be very efficient and minimalistic, would it? 😂
Posting this just before black friday is perfection.
🙌❤️
😂 Good Point! It’s so freeing not being in the Black Friday Madness
@@MalamaLife everything we need in life is just the sunrise! Let’s go! Catch the sunrise with me!
Agreed!

so true! such a valuable lesson
i think from materialism to minimalism is a sign of becoming wiser.

Any advice from you or your followers more than welcome. ;)
Meanwhile i’d like to thank you for your videos; not only are they a true work of art but they’re very helpful and inspiring.
God bless you on your journey 🙏
@@mst675 Thank you.
@@olenabi Thank you.
Don't know if this helps but turning loved ones clothes into a patchwork throw can be a comfort. Literally like a hug 😊
Still in the process and probably always will be !! Realist thing I ever heard it’s definitely a journey 🤎
❤️😍🙌
Whenever I need energy to continue my minimalist journey, I watch your videos. Thank you, Sophie, for creating all this life-altering content.
❤️❤️❤️
4:50 I still don’t know how to be genuinely happy for others - thanks for putting it out loud - it’s such a nice way to understand from a different perspective. To think of it , we are never jealous of our immediate family ( atleast most of us ) then why others ! There’s always a sense of comparison even if a bit in the backseat
I wholeheartly agree with # 6! I have no problem spending money on intentional things. The same happened for me, decluttering is what helped me figure out what I REALLY WANTED instead of what people told me.
yes! feels good to be confident about our purchases
Looking forward to your relaxing informative videos!
this was so beautiful and necessary. this is the theme for this year, thank you.
I would definitey agree that all of these things are accurate as one becomes more minimalist! Great video!
Thank you for watching ❤️
Just wanted to thank you and let know your videos brought so much meaning to me.
So happy to hear that!
true we do get sings ! sometimes if we are in the right or wrong path ......nice video episode thanx !
One of the many things I love about your channel, is how inspired it makes me feel versus compared. It's not like I want to have your life, but to apply some advises to my own life 😊
So happy to hear that!
i have exactly the same pair of shorts as your leopard ones . from amazon haha.... congrats on your transformation in life!!
yes!! we have the same one :)
This is such a great reminder before Black Friday. Thank you for the reminder!! ❤️
❤yay!!! thanks sis
I think that's great! I also need reminders :)
Cozy Vibes, How to live life to the fullest.
This video was very helpful, I've been working towards minimalism for the past several months. There's still clutter, but I've been getting rid of so much stuff. The list you gave confirms I'm moving in the right direction. Thank you for pointing out that minimalism isn't an easy, overnight lifestyle. God bless ❤
I agree that minimalism makes you feel like you take over your life and not to be trapped by marketing and social media
Best feeling
I've been asked what I'd like for Christmas and I honestly couldn't think of anything but just one book!
Thank you, Sophie for another vlog. See you next time. ❤
Thanks for watching ❤️
based on these criteria I think I'm becoming a minimalist and I love it
Aloha Sophie 👋,
Although I don’t necessarily practice minimalism from a tangibly noticeable perspective (e.g. decluttering on a habitual basis, living in a significantly spacious house, etc.), I do appreciate minimalism for teaching me to dig deep into discovering what I think really matters to me in life.
It truly is an inspiring journey:)
Ps: That olive-drab dress of yours has my heart!
❤❤❤
❤…. With Christmas coming up, I think one big sign that minimalism has entered my life is me and my husband don’t receive gifts anymore (after asking our friends and family to not too) and before minimalism this thought made me sad and upset but now I believe Christmas is truly about the good things for us, so just spending time with friends and family.
agree with you! spending time should be the focus
I follow your channel from Germany and find the topic of minimalism in general very interesting. I've also become quite minimalist myself. I really enjoy watching your videos. I find you as a person super pleasant and inspiring😊.
greetings from Germany Anna Lena
Thank you so much Anna Lena
Thanks for posting on T day. For those of us who have to work out of town from family the holidays sort of suck. Happy Thanksgiving 🦃
Happy Holidays Everyone! I hope you hearts and stomachs are full today!
❤️
Your videos are always inspiring and helpful, I've learned a lot along the way of becoming a minimalist. Thank you so much!!!
Thank you!
❤
Thanks for sharing your life with us!
I love your hair ❤
Take care
Thanks for watching
I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I see the signs that I am also moving in the direction of my values. Thank you for the lovely, relaxing and thoughtful videos. Such a treat to watch.
Beautiful video and so spot on! I can totally relate. By the way, your doggies are so adorable!! 💖💖
❤ dogs are angels
Omg this was wonderful to watch! Thank you !🙏🏾
Thanks for watching 🥰
I love your content, and the beauty of your videos, and how calm they make me feel, especially now that it is so hard to watch what's happening to my sisters and brothers and trying to not feel guilty about my own wellbeing. I also have pure admiration to your beautiful long hair, mashallah, so gorgeous.
❤ thank you so much
I think we have to always be in the process of minimalism to keep our mind in the right spot as we go through our purchases and things we do.
Loved all the tips ❤ and I agree that to become a minimalist you don't have to be devoid of everything on earth 😂
I always feel so much better after watching your videos. I like reflecting on all the points you mention. Thank you so much for sharing. ☺️
At my age, I have also realized that I don't have infinite resources, but I am not infinite either. This reality check keeps moderation a priority.
Thanks as always Sophie for your inspirational videos. This one concludes my 2023 minimalism
journey. It feels like this reminders/ statements is a tickbox for me. Happy to share that most of these resonatea and also a check for me. Meaning I adopt most of it from you. God bless you & your husband. More vids to come pls. ❤❤❤
Thank for you making this video !!
Thanks for watching ❤️
I have been a minimalist for many years now. I just wish my husband was too. His stuff is heavy on me 😅
I admire your maturity. It’s a blessing 🙏
Watching you play with your dogs & meal prepping resonate with me so much.
I have all the nice things I wanted & honestly taking care of them took a chunk out of my free time too…so no more material additions ❌
Thank you for these gentle reminders 💕
Just recently discovered your videos, and I love them ❤ I resonate with everything you say and you say it so well and capture it exceptionally 💕
thank you so much❤ and I appreciate you supporting this channel :)
Your videos are so helpful and life changing .. appreciate it keep it up 🙂

I am inspired by your vlog today our dear Sophie...Thank you 🥰 Happy weekend....
Id love to see your updated minimalist skin care and hair routine :)
Thanks Sophie for sharing these thouhgts and your experience. you are so philosophical. I've learned so much from your videos. and I like how you talk about trends, ideas, books and how you use it in everyday life. it's very inspiring and makes me to learn more about minimalism and essentialism.
I love this channel ! It is an instrument of learning for me 🎉
I really want to learn how to prioritize. From your video, I learn that it starts with learning about ourselves (what is important to us). Thank you, Sophie❤
1st Video I watch this morning before I start my day 😊

Your videos are so inspirational, and when i need a reminder to minimalism they help me so much. I'd love to know some of your recipes because you seem to have very healthy food. Lots of love to all.❤
Today I was doing another round of decluttering and something clicked. I only want things in my life that I love and use. No more 'just in case'
❤ yes!!!
I love your energy
Great points to ponder. By the way, you look so pretty 🌸.
Thank you so much 🙂❤
You’re amazing! 😊
❤️❤️❤️
I loved this vlog! Thanks Sophie ❤
❤️🥰
Aloha Sophie!!!
I came back after so long due to I wasn't not so confident to post on your channel as my English is not very good yet (still learning day by day, 24/7, hahaha... ).
What a shame you left Portugal, and what a pity the wildfires that devasted Maui the last summer... a rough year, hasn't it? (the same here in my homeland the last summer, in February).
Awesome video as always, and whishing you and your loved ones all the best from Central Chile.
Hugs and greetings.
❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for always inspiring us, Sophie! Your posts brighten my day and make me appreciate life even more. I genuinely look forward to each one! 🌟

Luvd every word of ur vlog ❤
I promise to watch every sponsored advertisement 🎁🙏💰💰💰💰💰
Thanks for the support 😁
Dear Sophie, happy Thanksgiving, thank you for sharing your thoughts. I would appreciate if you could recommend top 3-5 books about minimalism that you find meaningful or interesting. There is so much to choose from and I do not want to buy the wrong ones ! That wouldn't be very efficient and minimalistic, would it? 😂
Wow you always gives me peace ❤
❤ happy to see you .
❤️❤️
