    -------
Hi, everyone :) Welcome to my channel :) I compile videos/clips from Chinese eating shows on Douyin & Kuaishou, which are Chinese social media platforms. Chinese mukbang is also known as 吃播 (eat and broadcast).
For those of you who are curious, - I’m pure Chinese, but not from China. I’m Malaysian Chinese (my race is Chinese, but my nationality is Malaysian xD. Basically, my great grandparents resided in China, haha). The Chinese foods in many Southeast Asian countries are actually very similar or even the same, as that in China (considering that Chinese food all over the world once originated from our Chinese ancestors who lived in China 😊) BUT having said this, I do not know everything about the food in China as I was not brought up there. Sometimes, dishes when carried overseas have evolved with richer/adapted flavours and new ingredients. Furthermore, China is a very big country and there are a variety of cuisines eaten by many different minority groups in China itself. Even foods differ when comparing northern or southern Han Chinese. (e.g. Chinese living in the South may not have tried sweet zong zi, whilst those in the North may not have tried salty zong zi;; Chinese living in Guangdong would eat dim sum very regularly whilst those living in other parts of China may not have even tried it). So do feel free to correct me if there are any inaccuracies in my explanations/descriptions of the food.
I also translate the captions/provide English subtitles for those of you who do not read/understand Mandarin. But again, the Mandarin language in different parts of China differ slightly (in both writing and speech), and it also differs a lot from Mandarin that’s been adapted in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, etc. The Internet slangs/idioms/phrases used by the mukbangers may sometimes be less familiar or less commonly used where I’m from. However, I try my best to convey what the captions/descriptions of the food given by these mukbangers are, so I hope you like the translations! 😊
I hope you enjoy this ASMR video. :) please feel free to leave your comments down below if you would like to request for a certain compilation! OR if you have no requests, don’t be shy to leave any comment that’s random or to just chat HAHA. I don’t bite ;D we can talk about random things, hehe. I’m a foodie (obviously) and I especially love desserts/pastries/cake/bread xD My favourite Kwai/Chinese mukbanger is Jia Ling Mei Er. And I also watch a lot of Korean mukbangs and eating shows. but apart from the world of food, I’m a Kpop fan (and I’ve been obsessed with Super Junior since I was 12, I’m 21 now lol).
Yeap, okay. That’s it from me, haha. I hope all of you have a blessed day ;D

(Like meat floss in desserts..? And chicken feet, mochi made of mugwort/wormwood, etc 😅). thank you so much for watching and commenting!! Hope you enjoyed the ASMR 💕💕😁

I love rice noodle rolls- 😩
(Especially the ones where it has minced pork in it with some green onions with it, topped with fried shallot flakes, cilantro and a side of the sweet chili sauce 🤤)
Edit: tbh- didn’t know there were so many types 🧍‍♀️

Hi Beauty Cyan! I haven't heard of this dish yet, it's the first time I've seen it! With your wonderful explanations very clear and detailed, I was able to understand this dish haha and although I have never tried, I think I would like to eat it with chicken or shrimp, LOTS of vegetables, onions and chilli pepper! I really like spicy dishes, but it is not common in France ... Fortunately, I am of Algerian origin and we like spices a lot haha, and you? I think it's an evidence, YOU LOVE Chinese sausages lol but they look delicious! Are they spicy? These noodles look so delicate and I was wondering if we could eat them with rice? (add rice to the soup) lol you have to judge me right now but I'm curious 🤣. AND YOU PUT MY GIIIIRLLLL SANDAYE, I can see her eat anything, I admire her lol! Thanks again for your company, I'm quite alone here haha, I'm sad that none of my friends sent me messages when I might have died, but that's okay !! I HAVE CYANNN SO IDC 🤣✨✨, have a good day, I LOVE YOUUUU❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hello! I'm always happy to be able to introduce new foods to people 😁 i used to worry my explanations are boring haha but it seems alot of you like them! Same! I love spices and all kinds of spicy food 😁. I have a really high spice tolerance too haha. Hm, it makes sense that spicy food isnt so common in France. I think in general, Asian food tends to be much more spicy. Hahaha, well, ive never seen people add rice to chang fen/cheung fun sauce but hey, why not?? I think adding rice would be more suitable with Malaysian style chang fen sauce though, cuz its thicker and more flavourful! Cantonese/Hong Kong style sauce is basically soy sauce.. but rice with soy sauce is not a bad idea 🤣. I'm more than happy to provide you some company, even though we cant meet face to face! Please don't feel lonely! Always remember that you are loved and there are people out there who care alot for you 😊💕💕

I think the sauce in Malaysia chee cheung fun is thicker and the ones in China is soupy or a different kind of sauce. The one I often eat is chopped into smaller pieces. But it's still good though. OMGG i love Char Siu and Chinese Sausage. They are really GOOD with anything. My family including me dont like 香菜coriander so we always call it 臭菜😂

Yeap, the ones in China is similar to the ones we can find in Cantonese/Hong Kong dimsum restaurants :) its a sweet soy sauce. But our KL style ones in hawker stalls is a thick sweet sauce (or curry sauce). I think in most places now, we can choose whether we want the rolled ones (cut into small pieces), or the ones that are not really 'rolled up'..? So its like eating hor fun noodles xD yess, chinese sausage! I love it xD i also love bak kwa (the taste is similar :3). Haha whyy. My whole family loves coriander! We eat it with anything 🤣
