- Visited Amsterdam in the Netherlands this winter and explored Amsterdam solo! This is my second day in Amsterdam and in this vlog, I tried out some of the best food in Amsterdam! I also explored the museum district and checked out the Stedljik Museum, and did some shopping in the 9 streets of Amsterdam. Also tried out the famous gouda cheese and picked some up as well. Had such an incredible trip to Amsterdam and hope to be back again someday. Hope you enjoyed this travel vlog!

I loved Netherlands...its so beautiful...specially if you go out of Amsterdam. Zaanse Schaans, Edam, Volendam, the Hague, Rotterdam and Geithoorn...were absolutely superb. So easy to get around...the people are so friendly. so glad that it was beyond my expectations. Nice to see that you ate fries at the same place I did 😃 and the pancake bakery too...highly recommend!!
Living in this tiny Belgium, for me it easy to go to the Netherlands, France and Germany and further. I have been to Amsterdam many times. I cant get enough of it. Always special vibe there. Rains often, but Dutch people just brave rain and wind to bicycle around. Nice shots of the city . I see too many cheese everyday here, so not big fan of it..though would buy it. Kriti, if you are heading to Belgium, I am at the UNESCO heritage town of Brugge. Welcome

It is a beautiful city! I was there in 2017, and saw almost all the museums after buying a museum pass. The transportation system is superb, and the city is really a delight for a solo traveller!

Hey Kritika, we’ve been subscribed to your channel for a while now and man, full respect for pulling off these vlogs on your own. It takes a lot to come up with good content and it’s incredibly inspiring to see stuff like this. 🙌🏼 Us being a couple, we have had a fair share of these cold windy days when it starts to rain which are super hard to film, but usually we egg each other on to stay motivated. It sometimes works, not always though. 😅 Would you happen to have suggestions on how to manage that? Would be great to see a video addressing some of your behind the scene concerns. Also let’s us know how much work goes into actually creating content.😅

Thanks for visiting Amsterdam. It's a really nice city. There are few letters which a pronounced differently in Netherlands (or Dutch as people say). Like I realised you saying Vondelpark - so letter 'V' is pronounced as 'F' here , so it is wriiten as Vondelpark but pronounced as 'Fondelpark'. Also, 'G' is pronounced as 'Kha' but in Van Gogh it is Van khhogh (K is kinda silent), for Gouda its pronounced as 'Khhouda'. Also, traditional dutch food to try for next time you come here would be - Stroopwafels of Albert cuyp market (in Amsterdam- one of the oldest), in Volendam - there is an old shop near river. Also, the blue mannekenpis fries you had are actually made in pig fat (which actually makes them different and some people find it delicious as well). Just sharing these informations incase you plan another trip to Amsterdam :)

Just wondering why choose the cold areas in winter , canaries or Azores and Madeira could have been a better choice if you don't like the grey days yet want to see parts of Europe,in fact Malta and Cyprus is not bad in winter.
