- My friend & I decided to take a trip to a different kind of scenery than the West Coast. We took on the adventure even though everyone thought we were crazy to go to 20 degree weather. The views and experiences payed off because the trip was phenomenal. Book through my airbnb link for the listings below to get a discount! www.airbnb.com...
ITINERARY ~
Day 1 - Bozeman, Montana
Day 2 - Drove to Kila & stayed at this amazing listing : www.airbnb.com...
Day 3 - Glacier National Park (Check website for road closures)
Day 4 - Drove to Gardiner, 2 min drive to North gate of Yellowstone National Park. Stayed at this listing : www.airbnb.com...
Day 5 - Yellowstone National Park (Check website for road closures)
Day 6 - Yellowstone Hot Springs - 10 min drive from airbnb : yellowstonehot...
Day 7 - Drove back up to Bozeman. Went dog sledding . . . due to the time of season we were able to see the dogs prepare and train for the snow, so we were on a cart instead of a sled! Amazing experience!! They LOVE to mush (sled), so no harm is ever conducted to dogs. After, drove to Big Sky and hiked to Ousel Waterfall.
Day 8 - Home bound.
Hope you enjoyed a look into our adventure (:
My fiancé and I are literally going next week nov 8. Could you list the spot you went to that you enjoyed?
Since you posted this a year ago I’m assuming you’re talking about nov 2023😂I’m considering going up that way in November hopefully there’s stuff
Hello! in november first week will it be open?
Hey there. Thanks for the video. It’s so great. I am also planning in Nov 2024. Can you share the details of your cabin in wild please. I guess the link is not working anymore. TIA
Yes! This is the cabin: www.airbnb.com/slink/hjGJd2yM
I like to if is a good idea to visit Yellowstone in November 2023 ?
For a winter adventure, yes! But if you are looking to see more I would save it for the warmer seasons!
so beautiful :’)
Hi! So me and my friend are planning on going out there next weekend on the 18th as well. Was everything opened when you went? I am looking at the map and I am just confused on if we are going to be able to see the geysers or not. I think the map is saying all the roads are closed besides the one that goes through Lamar Valley. Is that the road you guys went on or were you able to go through the whole park? I am just wondering how it worked out for you guys since its the exact same time lol I subscribed btw!!
I’m so sorry, I never saw this! Not sure if you already went, but no not everything was open due to the snow. Lots of roads closed, but we still enjoyed our time!
Hello! Thanks for sharing your video☺️ We’re planning to go in Mid November, was wondering where did you guys stay?
Hello! We stayed at an Airbnb that we had found based off our budget and location. We first stayed here in Southern Montana : abnb.me/Sne4heKiqlb and then we stayed at this wonderful cabin in Northern Montana: abnb.me/IgLL8fNiqlb
@@mackenzieclarke2627 thanks! Appreciate it❤️
Hi! So happy I found this! I am traveling to Montana in November and I am using Alaska Airlines as well. How was the snow in Montana and is there anything I need to know about the airline? This is my first time flying and my first time in the snow! Maybe you could make a video about what you packed and link stuff if you havent already? Thank you!
Hi! I’m glad you found my video too! We went from November 14th-21st. It was my first time in the snow as well. Before arriving, I was nervous we wouldn’t be able to drive North because of the snow, but it was actually perfect. The highways were dry and the roads. The only snow we hit was in the cabin and on one hike. It was not snowing a lot so we got very lucky! As to what I packed, I would love to answer your questions. I will come up with a list and get back to you about that and info on the flight! (:
@@mackenzieclarke2627 thank you so much!!♥️
@@honeybumble6631 Hi! So, for the flight.. I payed to bring a checked bag and it was $30 there and back. I did this so I could bring more because the cold weather I needed more room for fluffy coats/jackets/etc. So, I had my personal item (a backpack) and then the checked bag! My friend did not pay for a checked bag, but her bag did not fit in the cabin, so they checked it under the plane for free. I packed thermals(www.amazon.com/dp/B01BN2LJ0I/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_DTNV31669R4YFVAPHKAH?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1), snow overalls for Glacier National Park because Northern Montana had more snow, jeans, snow boots, Doc Martens, sweaters, beanies, and scarves! Pretty much anything that will keep you warm. When we went to Yellowstone we were much colder there than in the snow near Glacier National Park because there was wind, rain, and ice! Let me know if you have any other questions, hope this helps!
@@mackenzieclarke2627 thank you so much!! I’ll hop back on here if I have any other questions. But where did you order your snow overalls?
@@honeybumble6631 Of course! I got them from a discounted snowboarding/ski/sport called Play It Again Sports.
Hi, was wondering if its ok to know what day In november you pass by Yellowstone? Thank you!
We were in YellowStone around November 18th!
I was wondering what kind of camera you used to make this video.
Hi! I used the iPhone 7s plus!!
Can you make a video about your abroad experience
I just finally posted one!
Was this early or late november?
I’m so sorry I did not see this comment until now. This was mid November! Around the week of the 18th (:
Don`t feed WILD animals.
You don`t "hydroplane" on snow , you slide on snow.
We were told by the property owners we could feed the animals in the video because they are on the property being fed everyday.
