Sounds almost like if Daredevil was written for AC4 or AC5, with the deeper instrumentals and choir. I like it.
That drop sounds like ac7 mission 19, but instead of Trigger and Count, its Blaze, Edge, Swordsman, and Archer
Daredevil is absolutely epic by itself. So making it even slightly more epic is your another great achievement. Keep up the pace)

@@darkstar_sierra1588 here it is a matter of taste, I think. I feel at the beginning that it’s overloaded with instruments, and I do not really appreciate their combination. I like it less than Avalon remix, which in my opinion is EXACTLY what it should be. But like I said, it’s the matter of taste, and I can understand, why you think otherwise. It’s just not the way I think)

The only time I've ever called out to someone for their music choice, no less see that, was when someone else was playing Thunder Force 4 music, and they opened their door after parking, before turning the car off a few seconds later.
That drop gives me chills everytime. Definitely among the top 5 ace combat ost songs. Love your work

It was suble at first, but as the song goes on, it picks up and you can hear the changes more and more. which lets be honest, just fits the build up of the song so well.
I've been looking forward to this.

I attended a contest to be a pilot in the Italian airforce, but for medical reasons I did not be one. Everytime I hear a music from ace combat/hawx like this, It gets me goosebumps.

I knew it was only a matter of time, and I was certainly not disappointed. Daredevil was damn near perfect as it was, but you've managed to improve perfection, just like you've done many times before. Project Aces needs you on their music team for whenever AC8 gets started.

Love this cover, too many covers on Yt add useless chanting and instruments that don't mesh well with the original piece and call it "EPIC" You just went and made a great piece even better by enhancing all the right parts, the best cover on yt

I read somewhere that they didn't include Chinese fighters because the manufacturers wanted their stats to be inflated

I see a lot of people are giving this remix high praise and that's quite alright, but I'm not 100% on board with the mixing. Allow me to explain: Unmanned combat aircraft (AKA Loyal Wingmen) are a large part of what makes Ace Combat 7 what it is. I feel like Daredevil was written to include such a prominent vocal part to make a counterargument against the idea of unmanned warfare. My one true complaint with this mixing is that the added layer of horns, while it sounds great, overpowers the vocals to points where they can't be heard. That being said, please continue to do what you do.
I have goosebumps and I can't believe how you managed to create such an epic remix of an already fantastic song. Your talent is undeniable Lucas! Can't wait to hear more of your awesome compositions 🫡🫡🫡

I enjoyed it so much i let it run while testing out a new plane i bought in Microsoft Flight Simulator (F-35)... and it played like my testrun was cut in post to the songs highs and lows... such an epic memorable first flyout

Wow, nice work. And I loved the detail, being a military enthusiast, of a Philippine Air Force F-16 dogfighting a J-10. At first I thought the J-10 was some random art jet, then I switched focus to the F-16, then I noticed the tail marking, "wait this isn't ace combat or US markings". Then I saw the fuselage marking, and realized it was the PAF's roundel hahaha.
That's Ustio Air force markings not PAF, I'm also Filipino but this is Strangereal Universe, Where Ustio is Poland, Our Symbol is a Diamond with wings with 3 Colors(Blue Red and White), The Ustio Air force o. The Other hand, Is a Triangle with three Colors as well(Black,Red,White) with sings

On the penultimate days of the Lighthouse War (May 1 - November 1, 2019), the Osean Federation formed a coalition with the Kingdom of Erusea, which was governed by pro-peace conservatism during the civil war with the pro-war radical rebels until they surrendered after the destruction of Arsenal Bird. After the conflict, the Treaty of Farbanti was signed between the 2 countries on Christmas Day and came into effect on the midnight of New Year's Day 2020.
Say what you want about ace combat 7 but these last 3 missions were god tier.
You eliminate the king.

You defeat his two rooks
You take his his place.

I can just imagine my 2nd playthrough with the Su-30SM. Daredevil as a mission was a masterpiece itself.
And there, dwells among the fortress of clouds. The angel that keeps the virgin sky domain as he punishes the devil that reigns terror across his path of destruction. Striking judgement from above and below, giving no mercy for the white abominable bird. Thus, the devil's banished to the very depth of the ocean prison, forever chained within.

Not related, but I wonder if we'll ever see rexmixes of the less popular/underated music from Ace Combat, for example, I love Ice Cage from Ace Combat 5 so much, yet it seems that nobody's ever heard of it.

Everything is incredible but I think you put the additional brass too early in the climax. If you begin a little later (may be around 3:32) the "climb" won't be too drastic....
But everything else is better than I imagine....
