Dtg is a whole other world with its own problems which I’m also dealing with. Ironically the white toner has been saving me with most jobs or I have to go the transfer route.
You gotta let it cool longer it will peal much easier. You use ice cold towel since you knocked most of da black out it works. It works for left chest necklaces and hat logos & on hard surfaces
Your toner is probably not sticking because During the marrying process after you heat press the adhesive, before you peel you have to press down and rub it with a towel then peel. you should also use correct heat settings instructed by company when heat pressing. Also when you wash your shirts they should be turned inside out and hung to dry.
I have the 650. 50 plus washes IF you use the RIGHT paper, have the RIGHT press and know what the hell you are doing. Most dont and the instructions are basics and leave a lot of stuff out. Lot of people talk shit on WT printers because their prints be falling apart after abfew washes. Once again....most THINK they know what they are doing but dont. Many never have issues while others swear they crack like crazy
@@AlexPhamTH-cam hey, yeah I still provide transfers and many sites do now sell the icolor or white toner printers. I stopped screen printing for while because of the dye migration on polyester. This was able to print and press perfectly with no issues at all.
I can speak from experience, I have a icolor 600, the icolor transfers sucks once washed! After the first wash, that’s if pressed with just craft paper. I went almost a year upset that we spent $8K on the printer just for the images to look wrinkled and crack after the first wash, then I found out about T seal. T seal is a silicone sheet that takes place of the craft paper but it does a better job at pushing the transfer into fabrics. I’ve washed my son shirts numerous times and haven’t had any issues. I’m actually wearing a shirt right now that I did in the summer and it still looks good. Since using the T seal I use my uninet way more.

So that should tell you something. Most heads dont know what they are doing. Long story short, you cant just go by the instructions. What does suck is the marrying because if you dont get it right then no bueno
I am biased as I have been in the Apple ecosystem since the first iPhone came out. But understanding that windows applications are used for about 90% of the machines out here then I had no choice to come to learn how to deal with utilizing it. Thanks for the comment!

You can do large prints but you has to use smart cut software
I’ve used it many of times, better for one offs. For production it takes up too much time for my liking.

No problem, the company I bought it from is called Garment Printer ink. It cost $50 shipped but so worth it.
