I miss his TV show. A couple of guests and Frank chatting to them. Great TV
Chris brings so much energy as a presenter. Makes watching him really easy.
I grew up in the West Midlands (not too far from where Frank’s from) and many people there are living-room funny. Most blokes will instantly turn mundane things into a joke, it’s usually good-natured but it’ll often involve sexual innuendo and ‘mickey taking’ 😄
It probably exists in most parts of the UK, but having lived in many areas I can say the Birmingham/Black Country area is unique for humour….

Yeah…Tony Hancock & Jasper Carrot were both born in Brum…and Rik Mayall was brought up in that area, Kevin Turvey was hilarious. When I first heard Frank Skinner in the 1990s I thought he sounded like Kevin Turvey 🤣 Julie Walters is also from that area.

Frank's brilliant. I saw him on this current tour in Buxton - a great night. If you can get a ticket, he's a must see.
First saw him in 1994 at Leicester DeMontford Hall. Still as good today. Bless you Frank!
Love this man, listen to the radio show for 8 years, and was gutted I couldn’t hear his weekly musings anymore. Really hope he starts a pod or a new radio show. As Baddiel said, absolute twats
