As a female, I can totally assure you that I will wear these heairstyles! Because I am a nerd like that. I know that half of the dwarves have really ridicoulus hairstyles, but I really want to thank you for making tutorials for them. I am really curious how Dori's hair is done, and maybe one day I'll braid mine like that xD You make such a great job on your chanel, thank you)))
Probably should have waited a bit to watch this, just saw The Battle of Five Armies today and my feels have been shattered and anything Hobbit related makes me cry, but you're amazing!
I was Kili for Halloween, once. It was a homemade costume. I remember that Kili's hairstyle was easy, at least the way I did it. I looked a lot like Kili while I was in costume! I still have the props and the costume I made, with my dad, for Kili.
my hair is extremely curly and if I put any braids in it (even Elvish inspired hair), my bff tells me I look like a The Hobbit dwarf, so I love to do stuff like this!
That reminds me that I got my hair straighten and braided a few months ago at the beauty salon. I requested to have some beads on it and my brother and cousin told me I looked like an elf.
I love this three dwarves and this video! My feels may´ve been punched a little bit after seeing the last Hobbit movie today, but I´ll make this hairstyles to never forget them. Man , I´m so poetic after seeing movies wich make me cry :´D
I used your Tauriel hair tutorial when I went to see the final Hobbit film, and I'm so happy to see this video. I'm going to try the Dutch braid waves tonight. Thank you so much for making these videos!
I just want to say that your videos have inspired me to grow my hair long again so I can try these. I haven't had hair past my chin in almost 10 years, so congrads. I look forward to trying these when my hair gets long enough.
I love this channel!! And it’s great when you don’t know how to do your hair yet you want an awesome looking style for fantasy fairs, larp, reenactment etc.
I love these! I started fangirling the second I saw this! I love the fili and kili style but thorins doesn't really work on me cause I have thick, curly hair. Anyway, these are so awesome!!
Love this!! You explain everything so well, and the styles are perfect! Why do you use a Dutch braid to make your hair wavy? Does it work better than a french braid?
I've seen a few of the newer videos before this one and used the one of Daenerys half updo bun as an inspiration for a full updo. But as my hair is at least as long as yours in this video and thicker as well, creating waves the way you describe it is out of question. The hair would never completely dry. Lace braiding towel dry hair as a crown around my head ensures a drying time up to 72 hours. The waves will then only last about 3 hours max. The sheer weight and force of gravity just always straightens them out. 😭
Where do you get those hair beads? I love your channel and your tutorials are perfectly clear, I'm always just so pissed because I can't use hair beads, because I don't find those anywhere :(
My new goal is getting the same length of hair you've got c: I really miss braiding my hair and playing around with hairstyles like these! Can't wait till I get to try them out! :D
Same, I got my hair cut when 3 years ago and have been waiting for it to grow out. I had it cut to shoulder length. It's oddly not growing out all that much sadly. But I can still do these hairstyle. Now that I think about, I did it cut half an inch about 3 months ago.
Hey there! First of all: Great video!!! I really enjoyed it. But i have a littkle question... where did you get the button from (Thats thing in "Kilis"hair)?? I searched for hours and couldn't find anything!
thank you for this video. I have one question. what can i do, to get longer hairs? i have waited for a so long time but my hairs grow to slowly. (sorry for my bad English).
I was watching Battle of the Five Armies today (again!) and noticed that Thorin's braids look like more of a 4-strand braid than a 3-strand braid. Any chance of a tutorial on how to do the 4-strand?
Man, this REALLY makes me want to grow my hair out longer! Unfortunately I have have very thick and frizzy hair and it's really difficult to get it to cooperate with any styling, with is why I have almost always worn it short. Any advice?
I also have very thick hair and it used to be super frizzy until I started using organic all natural bar shampoo. I love it it makes my hair really nice I dont even use conditioner cause my hair is so sleek.
Thorn's braids are actually not the normal English braids, they're a four-strand braid that comes out looking like a chain made by taking one outside strand and threading it under the two in the middle, then back over the second. Repeat the pattern on the other side; outside under two middle then back over one. He's the only dwarf to use that style of braid.
I just tried pulling my hair back like Kili, simplest one here. I'm not good at that. I don't have any hair elastics in my vicinity, other than a full-sized hair tie, or I would have tried Thorin's... I'd love to do Legolas one day, but none of the girls in the family want to braid my hair... Wish I was in Middle-earth...
Now the finishing touch....
A beard.
rickstar108 working on it. I think I grew a little bit more peach fuzz this month.
Haha Awesome! I would love to see that! lol xD
I believe dwarf woman had beards.
+Robert Lundkvist that's so cool !
@@T1hitsTheHighestNote Oh I thought that there are no dwarf women, and dwarves just spring out of holes in the ground...

This is actually inspiring, i didn't know long hair can be exciting until your tutorials :D
Daniil Zemlyanoy I certainly love having long hair :)
I was Kili for Halloween, once. It was a homemade costume. I remember that Kili's hairstyle was easy, at least the way I did it. I looked a lot like Kili while I was in costume! I still have the props and the costume I made, with my dad, for Kili.
I wore a combination of Thorin and Fíli's hairstyles today and I can confirm I feel very cool 😁
Thanks for the awesome tutorial!

Buttons! I never thought of that before. Brilliant idea because they'll fit Water Tribe hairstyles too. I can't find hair beads anywhere here.
0:04 she seriously looks like Thorin!
I love the Fili braid!
I love this three dwarves and this video! My feels may´ve been punched a little bit after seeing the last Hobbit movie today, but I´ll make this hairstyles to never forget them. Man , I´m so poetic after seeing movies wich make me cry :´D

I love this styles that you can wear in regular life! Makes me feel cool and nerd enough while also feeling part of society haha
This is the reason I'm am letting my hair grow long ♡♡♡ Awesome video! Thank you, it has inspired me :D

Oh ma gawd!!! U don't even know how much I luv this or how much this really helps me!!!
Je suis très heureuse de te retrouver :D J'ai adoré le Hobbit, et la coiffure de Fili est juste parfaite :D

Liking this x 10000. Love the fact you do tutorials for men as well! Now off to find me a good model...
Your videos are so awesome. Thanks for having stuff for guys with long hair.
I love this channel!! And it’s great when you don’t know how to do your hair yet you want an awesome looking style for fantasy fairs, larp, reenactment etc.
I like how you create the hairstyles from the characters!
I love your videos. For some reason they’re really calming 😅
Your hair is so shiny. Im a natural redhead but it’s fading as I get older. Getting henna done in a week.
I love these! I started fangirling the second I saw this! I love the fili and kili style but thorins doesn't really work on me cause I have thick, curly hair. Anyway, these are so awesome!!
Great video.
So, I have a suggestion for a tutorial video: how to do Princess Anna's half-up hairstyle from Frozen 2.
Love this!! You explain everything so well, and the styles are perfect! Why do you use a Dutch braid to make your hair wavy? Does it work better than a french braid?
BrightFire13 oh no real reason, haha. French works just as well.
***** Oh, alright! Thanks for answering my question!
last one was my favorite! thanks for this video !
I see doggies!

Hey there! First of all: Great video!!! I really enjoyed it. But i have a littkle question... where did you get the button from (Thats thing in "Kilis"hair)?? I searched for hours and couldn't find anything!
It was just a random button from a sewing stash. Look for ornate coat buttons or something like that and you'll find similar.
Silvousplaits Alright I will try that. Thanks for the ( fast) Answer!!
Amazing as usal
Nagyon szép :)
Fingirling so hard i cant breathe😂😂i subscribed!
thank you for this video. I have one question. what can i do, to get longer hairs? i have waited for a so long time but my hairs grow to slowly. (sorry for my bad English).

That is really cool! Thanks! I will definitely make use of it! 😃😊
well actually thorin had 4 strand braids, but yeah, it's good to see where the strands come from for a beginner
I was watching Battle of the Five Armies today (again!) and noticed that Thorin's braids look like more of a 4-strand braid than a 3-strand braid. Any chance of a tutorial on how to do the 4-strand?
Do Rollo from Vikings, it looks pretty simple, but I can't get it right.
You really looks lika Sansa Stark from Game of Thrones
