I bought these from my local retailer, Macchus. This is an awesome fabric, unlike any selvedge I’ve ever tried. Luxury is an apt description. I like them so much I’m going to buy a second pair. I would love to see this same fabric in a slight stretch version.

I was panicked when I saw that your Slub Stretch Selvedge was 3.5" vanity sized, which had me concerned that the trend in vanity sizing was getting ridiculous and leaving me without options for my skinny waist. Looks like these are 2" vanity sized, which is a lot more reasonable and puts me in range! Excited to give these a try.
You should check out some of their other content on this channel - they speak a lot to sizing, and why it feels so 'unstandard'. It's not that they're doing 'vanity sizing', it's that it's difficult to consistently communicate a size when everybody's body is different, jeans are designed to fit differently, and people have personal style preferences. Ask 10 people to 'measure their waist' and you'll see 10 different ideas of where the 'waist' is. They post specific size guides for each one of their garments, and these are your friend - look at those and order the size that correlates to you, not to a tag on another garment. In fact, they just posted a vid last week showing how to use these tables. Hope that helps! (And saves B the keystrokes...)
Damn I missed these :( . cant find them in my size anymore. Been eyeing those empire jeans and these seem get closer to the sweet spot 14oz, sea island cotton, closer to a navy blue. Sigh oh well.
There are no alterations, it's just a matter of having a separate line for the processing this cotton. This way, when they capture the excess cotton that flies off during production, it ensures that it's all from the American Sea Island Cotton batch. All the yarns are ring spun.

The Weird Guy comes in at a 35.5" inseam, which is pretty long. We've got guys in the office at the 6"3 range wearing our 34" inseams with a cuff. At 6"4, unless you're all legs you'd probably find that our inseams will work for you.
@NakedandFamousDenim I'm wearing a pair of jeans with a 33" inseam and I can't cuff them unless I want them to float or I'm wearing boots. I'm barely 6ft. It really depends on where people wear their jeans at. Vincent tends to wear his below the hips, which is why he can get a 3" cuff on a true guy. In my midnight slub stretch true guys I can cuff them about an inch. Also sometimes I want a Tokyo cuff that isn't tiny and need a 36" inseam to pull that off. So I don't understand all the bashing of people asking for the 36" inseam. Many companies it's standard, and used to be for N&F also. I just wanted to throw that out there. I missed out on these and still want a pair. Ugh. Too many great pairs of jeans in the world, not enough time.

They are a nice dark colour, good to know a bit about the cotton plant, great to see it on the pocket flasher.
The indigo tone is quite beautiful, they almost seem wet, super saturated with indigo.
I bet these jeans feel incredible on. I own a few John Smedley Sea Island cotton tops and they’re great on skin. Very luxurious.
