I have always been a skinny guy, i want to be stronger, have more weight and have more muscle. This song is what keeps me motivated to train everyday, and i still have a long way to go if want to be strong, but if i keep listening to this song i know i will get there. @@jappie3143 grats man great to hear it and glad you realised what "natural" is. Get your 1.5x grams of protein per kg of your weight or more take creatine and lift like a beast. Be it weights or yourself stop only when you fail your last rep. Keep it up!
