Do these have to be attached to cylinder from the. Oxygen company , or can you get them and attach to ur own cylinder?

hello, i have a grab and go type oxygen tank, that does minimum 0.5Lpm, but I need to be able to do 1/32 and 1/4Lpm, so need to buy a diss regulator. i have no idea what the fixtures look like under the plastic shroud. are the fixtures compatible with each other?
