I was in Brussels today and the area I was at today was fine... I suppose with only a few small papers and cigarettes on the ground everywhere... But as I went to a neighbourhood that had steep roads... I was absolutely mind-boggled. There were rubbish bag piles almost everywhere on the ground you could land your eyes on, hundreds of cigarettes scattered everywhere on the ground, there was graffiti all over the walls of the buildings and the poles and the shops were in very poor condition.

For that we need to have a better system for teaching us dutch, i remember my teacher in school for dutch was not good, we just received a list of word, the only instruction was read and remember but how do we say these word ? the teacher pick up the old radio from the 70's/80's with a speaker broken and play a old tape try to learn something with that all i know in dutch is from the primary school where i had a great teacher after that it was awful. The problem is that having the ability to move your child every day out and into the city for education requires more flexible hours and typically a car.
