Well, in the novella Nick & Charlie, we do see Harry's character development progress to the point where he's actually on decent terms with Charlie. I'm still not a fan of Harry's, but at least I wanna see the character progression in the TV series.
Minor point on Tao taking the other bed. It is much more odd in the show, think they had to keep it to match the comics more. I think in the comic version Tao did not know they were dating so it made more sense he thought Charlie sharing a bed with his crush would be awkward.
I figured in the show Tao intended it as a “could be too early to share a bed for 5 days” tbh. Either that or he lied and he just didn’t want to share a room with them two in one bed lol.
13:36: Nick KNOWS that Charlie's uncomfortable sitting next to the guy whom he had a VERY toxic relationship with. I can only IMAGINE how uncomfortable it would be to sit down with someone like Ben.
At 11:48 - if people didn't catch it, Ben as soon as he saw Nick was looking at Imogen and him, he decided to try to drag Imogen closer into him. Imogen was having none of that, and that is why she left to join Nick and friends. It is a sign of Ben's body language, he feels Imogen is simply a trophy to have. A girlfriend is just to show off, but not really care about or love or respect.
i think the reason tao thought nick would hate him was some lingering anger/uneasiness with the ‘rugby lads’ due to the fact that charlie (and by association tao) was largely bullied by that group.
I kinda spoiled it for myself when I started reading more about the books and the characters but in season 1 when he broke things off with Nick or he was about to...Charlie sat in the art classroom and didn't eat his lunch. From there I picked up he wasn't doing so well and it may become a current thing later on.
Tao felt Nick hated him, because Tao didn't have a proper perspective on Nick and Charlie's relationship. Tao is someone who needs to be told directly about anything. There are people like Tao, who life just washes over them. Unless he sees it directly, or told directly, his attitude is always to fight the world and not see the best in others. That trait is now slowly changing, with Elle helping him change.
I have read around 90 books so far this years, what Isaac is doing is pretty much possible the thing is for me i read it on my Ebook and he read them physical.

There is a thing called Paris Syndrome where people (typically Japanese women) go to Paris and it doesn’t live up to their expectations and they have a sort of breakdown about it.
I love Paris, though I should note I don't do the touristy locales because A) been there done that and B) I have family there so it's more the local environs that we patronize. Paris in Spring and Summer is actually a pain, but that's mostly because of the tourists and vendors who clog everything up. Paris, in my opinion, is best visited in the Fall and even the Winter; as we say in French "c'est plus chaleureux"
I forgot to mention, watching Imogen tear Ben apart was a mood and one I completely approve of. Surprising that Harry, of all people, would be sticking up for her.
Love that i'm not the only person that doesn't get the Paris hype.. but Joe, you forgot to add "smells of piss everywhere" to the description of Paris xD
I enjoyed Louvre but it's like any other capital. Everything is overpriced, there's tourist traps everywhere and it's hard to get an authentic French experience
snails are actually pretty good 😔 they mostly taste like whichever sauce and herbs you put on them, the texture is what might be a bit weird for some people
