The cop should have never even pulled him over and he wouldn't pull him over if he actually knew the law of his own country that he's an officer of.

It really doesn't make sense for every single officer to memorize every single law in the country, especially ones that they will probably never come across through their career. Most cops have never been in this situation before and in this case it was probably his first. It makes 100% sense for the cops to pull him over for not having a plate, even to just check that the car wasn't stolen.
That being said the cop was very respectful and apologized for pulling him over. Even mentioned he let their traffic unit know so he wouldn't get pulled over constantly.
Two outcomes very different:
U.S.: "I'M RIGHT, YOU'RE WRONG, I GOT ANOTHER CALL (lie)... BYE!!!!"
Canada: "Sorry for stopping you"

Let's look at it from the cops perspective.
The cop is out of his vehicle walking over, and this super fast, unidentifiable vehicle starts to role forwards, a knock on the car is totally within reason.
A moving vehicle is not only a danger to the cop. Without knowing who's in the vehicle, your first thought would be he's about to do a runner.
The cop didn't let his power get to his head. And maintained a high level of respectable professionalism throughout the video.
Majority of Police Officer are respectful when being respected.
There's difference between USA cops and Canadian cops.

This cop is actually really nice. And that's not 'punching', it's 'tapping'.
His paint job is worth more than most people's cars don't fucking touch it lol they have a siren for a reason he wasn't peeling off. By law you don't have to pull over right away in canada it's acceptable to find a safer place or a parking lot assuming it wasn't an accident.
I didnt see a problem with him knocking on the car or touching it, he was just trying to grab his attention and it was most likely out of instinct to do that. He didnt think "oh shit he is peeling off, what should I do? Do I knock it or should I not? " he just did it instinctively

You need to realize the police are always trying to impound these kind of cars so being polite he gets to keep his car, otherwise the cops could be a dick and find some fine print to impound the car then if he doesn't get it back they will make money on a police auction later on. This is one way the cops make money.

It’s Vancouver, they’re not used to Arab plates. In LA there are a lot of Arab plates from UAE, Qatar, Kuwait etc. I’ve also seen a few in Miami from Qatar.

A police officers purpose is to PROTECT AND SERVE. It’s a shame most of the people attracted to this line of work are power hungry ego driven bullies. It’s always so nice to see one that has respect and manners for another human that shows respect and manners to him/her. I realize they see heavy shit and deal with dangerous situations and therefore need to be vigilant. But I’ve seen too many officers treat good people like the scum of the earth. Please be very very careful. A few years ago when my husband and I came back to the US. We had our vehicle flown in from Abu Dhabi. Everything went smoothly just a few stops by US cops here and there.
Until one day at around noon, my husband went into Canada to pick up my brother in-law.
It was only suppose to take a couple hours.
On their way back into the US.
The border patrol saw a couple of middle eastern men in a lambo and decided to stop them.
They were told to get out of the car.
They were searched and had their phones taken away.
The border patrol separated them and questioned them.
They were not allowed to call or inform anyone of their whereabouts.
They were held for over 12 HOURS!
No food, no water, no bathroom breaks!
They were cursed at and yelled at to obey orders.
My husband remained calm and intentionally did not give them the heads up of who he is.
My husband began to get really worried about his younger brother, because it had been hours since they were allowed to see or speak to each other.
When the border patrol went through their laptops and phones they found my number and called me to ask about who they were and why they were there.
By then it was 3am and my blood was boiling and I just remember screaming at the agent that they will regret this.
I made a phone call to my father in law and let’s just say within an hour, those agents got a phone call they made them promptly release my husband and brother in law.
They apologized over and over AND OVER.
We reluctantly decided to drop it but recommend that the border agents be investigated.
I won’t say who my husband is.
I’ll just tell you that there is certain products that cannot be imported into the US from the Middle East unless they go through my husbands company.
So be careful and make sure you have the proper connections and good lawyer.

Just curious what model of lamborghini it is. Are you able to ship the car without to much prep or does it have to be drained of fuel and other liquids.
