Definitely agree that fishing is brilliant for mental health struggled alot myself over the years with it but when I'm fishing seeing them rods setup and the sea and the venues it makes me feel free of daily issues, there is a group in Wales that work with people with mental health conditions and I have seen alot more people joining etc and it helps massively, love the videos lads amazing work.
