The entirety of Utah has a very heavy Mormon population, though if you're looking for a city in Utah with a less noticeable Mormon presence/more diversity I would check out Salt Lake City, Holladay, or Park City.

You’re actually going east on Center Street, not west. In Utah, mountains are always on the east side.

head east on university pkwy is better than center street. just getting off the highway is better
